    Great location, room clean and comfortable, shout out to the cleaners, food...just about average, staff....appeared to be an atmosphere between staff, didn't see them working as a team, ppl need to get a proper understanding of the parking situation as it was not explained to us clearly.

    We had a good stay. The sraff were very friendly and supportive at the reception, breakfast buffet, and cleaners. But we do not think we got value for the 100 pounds a night we paid excluding breakfast. The room was on level 4 of the town house building (not the black boy inn building) so we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. The room was tiny with roof beams hitting our head. There was no shampoo and body wash in the bathroom but luckily we noticed before reception closed and they brought them to us fast. We had to wait 45 min at the inn for dinner and I wish the waitress told us before we decided on our order that some of the items were not available. But she was efficient in other ways. The location is great, breakfast was great and people are friendly.
