Jan was so warm, kind and welcoming, she even carried my suitcase two flights of stairs up to the room as if it weighed no more than a feather…! The room (king superior) was huge… massive bed, spa bathroom and lovely touches like snacks and chilled drinks. Located on the Castle walls, there is nothing you could want for by staying here to explore Caernarfon and beyond. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

I will return - travel a lot with work and not many i will go back to. Usually stay in the big hotels but had no availability - this came up and gave it a try - yes will be back here.

Great location inside the city/curtain walls. Beautiful room with all you could need and a super comfy bed and great shower. Really lovely calm room - view of curtain walls of the castle and sea. Warm and clean. Good communication.
