    We had a lovely stay at the Celtic Royal Hotel. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient for exploring the area, ASDA is just opposite of the hotel which is helpful and the facilities made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, a pleasant experience and a hotel I would happily recommend.

    Close to two supermarkets and local restaurants. Tidy room and breakfast is also good. However, need sometimes to find a parking space, nearly full.

    On arrival we were allocated a room which we were disappointed with, it was dark, stale smell, window was difficult to open. We requested an alternative room & moved to a room at the front which was brighter. No air conditioning but a fan was supplied. We had to request the carpet be vacuumed due to visible hairs on it, but it really needed a good clean throughout.The hotel rooms are in need of refurbishment. The dining areas & lounges were ok. On a positive note the staff were very polite & helpful, also the breakfast was very good.
