Fantastic location and service from the host.
However, would be unfair not to mention that the rooms are very dated with old decor and squeaky beds. That was a musty smell throughout, probably due to the rooms being carpeted and there was dust in the corners so could have done with her thorough clean.

Remember this is budget accommodation.
The location is excellent in the centre a stones throw from the promenade, castle, restaurants and pubs.
The room itself was clean but dated
Kettle and hair dryer in room
Dogs allowed
No communal lounge
Stairs carpet and hall way was a bit grubby
Parking outside was 45 mins only but generally can park not far away after 5pm for free
