Accommodation was situated in fantastic spot overlooking the lake and great for walks. 7 adults had enough space in the house. Maybe a little upkeep is due but all in all a lovely location. Communication with owner easy and also smooth check-in. Recommended quiet holiday spot.

Extraordinary accommodation. Huge property with a great view. The furnishing is convenient. Some of the beds could be more comfortable and especially the small room under the rooftop could be cozier.
The kitchen is well equipped but wine glasses are rare. We had an issue with the dish washer but the owner told us that there a new one will be installed.
Don’t expect luxury but a comfortable villa with a lot of charm. A place worth visiting again!

Great stay, all fine

The property is certainly quirky and the view from the terrace down to the lake and over to the mountains is spectacular. Internally everything you need is there, a little tired for a property of this price, but not unexpected. There is a small local grocery store open until noon for morning bread and fresh fruit and salad. All three of the local villages, Mezzolago, Molina and Pieve are within easy walking distance and offer good places to eat. We enjoyed the local hotel restaurant in Mezzolago.
