Perfect location!!!

The location is just perfect!!! You are in the heart of Riva del Garda and no matter how tired you are you still want to go out and enjoy a night life. Ladies get lots of dresses with you or you can buy them in one of many excusive boutiques 😄 We were there with kids from 2.5 to 15 years old and everyone enjoyed they stay. You can spend a day on the beach and swim in the lake,rent a bike,go hiking, take a ferry to many lovely towns, chill in one of many restaurants and do what makes you happy. Apartment is just close to everything, it's clean and comfortable with everything you need. Very helpful hosts and you can contact them anytime. Massive garage to store your bikes or water sports equipment. You can easily get there by public transport( for free in Trentino with Guest Card ) or park your car in prearranged parking spot. Directions given by Michela are super helpful and precise. Shops nearby and fresh coffee just by the corner. All you need for perfect holiday.

We've ask birds to be quiet in the morning but they didn't listen 😆 seriously there was nothing bothering us during our stay.

very nice host, she sent us a map with attraction and discount city card - big apartment - balcony with garden view, perfect for breakfast - clean - close to the center and shop - private underground parking [10 euro per day]

not comfortable pillow - a lot of rules to read ;] - air condition and towels not included in price - parking is close, but note it is not in the same building, so better not to have a lot of staff with you

fantastic first time in Italy!

comfortable, clean and spacious in very close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops and the lake. (probably a 4 minutes walk at most). Michela and her colleagues were helpful, kind and informative and are available to help with any questions or recommendations you might have. overall a lovely week away at Bella villa!

couldn’t fault the Bella Villa apartments however we did have an issue with the use of our balcony. since we were located in apartment 1, our balcony was used by other residents as a sort of ‘communal smoking place’ as it was unclear that the balcony was ours (to other guests) so made sitting, eating and drinking there difficult. Not the fault of Michela and her team however!

Peaceful place right in Centro !

Hospitality & Location, They are very professional & helpful, Apartment was spacious for 1 or 2 persons. Basic amenities, Host is available on what's app, quick action or helping.

Too much house rules, we could expect more luxury next time.

The location is perfect, right in the city center but in a quiet street. The communication with the hosts was also very kind. They even provided a tourism card to visit highlights for free or with discount.

Because of our last minute reservation at the location, we had to wait about 1,5 hours to enter the apartment. This was not a big issue, because bars and restaurants are around the corner. Everything else was perfect.

Superb

I cannot think of a better location: near the pedestrian street and old town, but still silent in the evening if you want to get rest for the next day. Car parking, tourist discount card were arranged for us. If you're tight on budget keep in mind that things like towels charged additionally, but who cares about that - Wifi is FREE :)

Verdeckte Nebenkosten trüben den Gesamteindruck

Lage in der Altstadt, hervorragend alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Versteckte Nebenkosten die bereits bei der Buchung durch Booking.com entstehen und erst nach der Zahlung teilweise ersichtlich sind. Ich habe folgende Restriktionen ausgewählt: Haustier, 2-Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz, WLAN. Dies alles ist aber gar nicht im angegebenen Preis inkludiert, sondern erfährt man 2 Tage vor Anreise ! - Haustier 15 €/Tag = 135 € (nur willkommen gegen Zahlung) - Klimaanlage 15 €/Tag = 135 € (ein absoluter Witz, das man die Nutzung eines angepriesenen Assets zahlen muß) - Parkplatz 15 €/Tag = 135 € (öffentliches Parkhaus mit Höhenbegrenzung) - Touristpauschale 40,5 €/9 Tage - Kaution über die Kreditkarte nach erfolgter Zahlung 150 € (für was eigentlich ?) Insgesamt über 20 % versteckter Nebenkosten zusätzlich auf den angegebenen Reisepreis, die man aber erst nach Zahlung erfährt, aber dann ist die Reise nicht mehr stornierbar. So hätte ich diese Reise nie gebucht, da sie im Vergleich viel zu teuer gewesen wäre. Es gibt im deutschen Sprachgebrauch eine ganze Reihe von treffenden Vokabeln für ein derartiges Geschäftsgebaren (Abzocke, Bauernfängerei, Nepperei... bis hin zu Betrug). Ganz sicher ist dies die letzte Buchung über Booking.com.
