large apartment and terrace, great location close to the city center on foot, cleanliness
The possibility of parking right next to the apartment on the property was intended only for short-term unloading/loading
Maybe the neighbors could have a problem, so we preferred to park in the newly built parking garages just a few dozen meters away (2€/h)

Grand appartement dans jolie petite résidence avec jardin, avec petite terrasse, bien situé à proximité du centre de Riva.. Les explications pour l’arrivée étaient claires et pratiques.
L’aménagement manque un peu de charme et plusieurs finitions pourraient être améliorées pour rendre l’appartement plus agréable.

sehr gut- es war sauber, unweit des Sees und der Stadt! Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht neu ist, es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Duftende Wäsche und Handtücher. Mit dem Vermieter konnte man super kommunizieren, sehr entgegenkommend.
Wenn man mehr selber kochen will, ist die Küche nicht umfassend ausgestattet. Sie hat sehr grundlegende Basics- für kleine Snacks völlig ok.

Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas
Les ventilateurs faisaient un bruit étrange
Il n'y avait pas de condiments (sel huile...) pour cuisiner ni de café alors qu'il y avait la machine avec les filtres
Le chauffe eau a fuit et nous nous sommes retrouvés à nettoyer toute la cuisine
La hotte ne fonctionnait pas
