Greatest apartment.

Greatest place in Riva! Very close to beach and the city center. New apartment with everything you need. I will definitely stay there again next time I come to Riva.

Got fraudulently charged and now getting no help

I made a booking on the booking platform and app and near my stay I was sent a message on the app by the hotel asking me to click on a link which I did and was charged EUR 493.50. I was then asked again to resubmit again by the official app and the hotel and they had all my information including booking reference number and phone number and I found it suspicious and then immediately contacted both your website and also the hotel. I then blocked my card and contacted my credit card company. I went ahead and stayed at the property and paid in full. When I mentioned that their hotel asked me to pay via the message link I got on booking.com app and not anything external they were unhelpful. While the stay itself was not bad at all it seems the official hotel computer was hacked and in this process I have not been helped and out seems they simply wish to brush there hands off the matter. While I understand this can happen to anyone it is surprising that the official hotel messages me to pay which I do. I have been a traveler for over 20 years and stay a 100 plus nights around the world every year I can confidently say nothing like this has ever happened. The amount is small but it pains for me to see that both the app and the hotel are unwilling to help me. Please beware if you leave your credit card details here as it seems there is a flaw in the system of the hotel.

The room was very very small and the bathroom as well. The air conditioner only in the living room. But there was no Air Conditioner in the room. Not value for money.

NON è citato bene che l'appartamento NON fa parte della Struttura dell'HOTEL, in quanto attiguo e all'interno di un'altra struttura...; in sostanza si è fuori dal contesto di un ambiante (quello dell'HOTEL) molto bello!

Muy buena experiencia, repetiría sin dudas.

La ubicación es perfecta, tienes el lago y una senda para andar alrededor de el a escasos metros. Por otro lado, el apartamento esta muy bien equipado y las camas muy cómodas. Tienen parking para dejar el coche, lo cual también se agradece mucho. Todo muy limpio. Muy buena experiencia.

No funcionaba el wifi, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Aneks kuchenny mógłby by być lepiej wyposażony, tępe noże, ostrzałka zepsuta, płyta elektryczna z dwoma miejscami działał wolno i trochę chaotycznie, brak piekarnika i mikrofalówki - dla osób nastawiających się na gotowanie może to być problem

Отель с отличным расположением, своя крытая парковка, просторные номера апартаменты со всем необходимым, приветливый персонал, красивые виды с балкона, при выходе из отеля сразу попадаешь на городской пляж на озере

Шумоизоляция в номерах не очень хорошая, но если никто из соседей не шумит и не переставляет мебель ночью и рано утром, то нормально :)

كل شي جميل للأمانه تتكلم عن الموقع وقربه من البحيرة الاطلالة شي خرافي رغم ان مبنى الشقق مختلف عن مبنى الغرف الامان بعد الله سبحانه حيث يوجد باب للكراج وباب للشقق السكنية مقفل ايضاً المواقف كل شقة لها موقف خاص شكراً لطاقم الاستقبال خاصة صوفيا .

في صور غير لائقة في الغرف وخاصة اذا معاك اطفال صعبة اتمنى ازالتها .

Szczerze polecam!

Wspaniała lokalizacja, praktycznie na plaży! Na uboczu Rivy, do centrum 15 min spacerkiem, zacieniony parking, miejsce na rowery. Codziennie room service, co było wielkim zaskoczeniem na plus! Spory balkon z widokiem na góry i jezioro. Supermarket pod nosem i lodziarnia z wspaniałymi lodami tuż obok.

Apartament mógłby być nieco lepiej wyposażony w naczynia, ale daliśmy radę bez większego problemu. Jedynie ostry nóż na szybko kupiliśmy. Garnki i patelnie też już mocno zużyte, ale my akurat nie gotowaliśmy, więc nie było to problemem.

Der Gardasee ist eh schon Postkartenidylle, es war perfekt.

Das Apartment war tip top, mit allem ausgestattet, was man eben so benötigt. Die Zimmer waren schon heruntergekühlt und extrem sauber, die Betten groß und die Matratzen ebenfalls top. Das Apartment hatte 2 Balkone, einen größeren vom Wohnbereich aus und einen kleineren vom Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr groß. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos im gegenüber liegenden Hotel. Alles in allem eine klare Buchungsempfehlung.
