A neighbourhood dog barking in the middle of the night. Additional pillows would be great. Common in Italy to have only one but I need something a bit higher. There were some in the other bedroom we could have used but with no pillow cases.

Perfect for family

We loved the terrace, was a great place to spend time with 1yr old and the olive trees garden around was just lovely. The apartment was fully equipted and comfortable. We chose it because it was not in the old town, but even with a baby and stroller it was easy to reach. The lake side and the beach was easy to reach. Coop (grosery) was in a walkable distance, LIDL 5 min by car. High chair and baby crib in perfect condition

We had an amazing stay and would recommend the apartment.

The apartment was modern and exceptionally clean. It was a 10 minute walk into Riva or the lake. Very quiet at night. It had everything you needed if you wanted to cook at home.

Exceptional

Perfect, spacious apartment for two adults and a giant golden dog. Well equipped and clean. The terrace was great for nice breakfasts. The beds were really comfy. We were so satisfied that we prolonged our stay at Oleeva Apartments. Luckily it wasn't booked. Special thanks goes to Susanna. Thank you for warm welcome and great chat with you. Thanks for the pretty gift from you to Joey :-)

The parking rules were a bit confusing. We thought that both parking spaces are for us, but it turned out it was shared. No big deel, just a misunderstanding.

New, well equipped appartment located in a very quiet place. Everything was perfectly clean. The appartment has a nice terrace with a beaufiful view on the mountains.

Very clean, perfect equipment and a full set of cleaning material, vacuum cleaner, washing machine very good, terrace with a nice view. Uppn request host even organized flowers for our wedding day.

WiFi could be improved, only poor signal strength. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

Perfetto per una vacanza sia breve che lunga

L’appartamento é molto spazioso, pulito (anche in cucina). Dotato di tutto. Complimenti! Situato in una zona molto bella. L’appartamento aveva anche un piccolo giardino privato. Ci sentivamo come a casa, senza aver bisogno di aggiungere niente!! Grazie mille anche per averci risposto subito quando ne avevamo bisogno. Alla prossima 😃

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Eine wunderbare, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung hat uns erwartet. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die Lage der Wohnung war etwas abgelegen. 25 min zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt von Riva.

Wir reisten mit Hund. In den beiden angrenzenden Grundstücken wurden freilaufende Hunde (Schäferhund, Boxer) gehalten. Stellenweise hatten wir Angst, das der Boxer über den Zaun gesprungen kommt. Er rannte immer sehr aufgebracht am Zaun auf und ab, wenn wir kamen und gingen. Die Besitzer des Schäferhundes nahmen es nicht so genau mit dem verschließen ihres Tores und somit rannte der Hund herrenlos draußen herum und wir waren gezwungen in unserem Urlaubsdomizil zu bleiben bzw. erst den Besitzer zu suchen und ihn über den Zaun darauf hinzuweisen, das er das Tor zu schließen hat. War sehr nervig. Aus diesem Grund kommen wir nicht wieder.
