Riva Walk to Lake

Super lokalizacja, blisko jeziora, centrum! Miejsca parkingowe/garażowe bez problemu. Dobre WiFi. Bardzo wygodne materace! Na duży plus zostawione do użytku sól, kawa, a nawet płyn do prania! Mieliśmy wszystko swoje, ale to miłe i przemyślane dodatki, ułatwiają pobyt :) Apartament przestronny z dwoma balkonami. Idealne na krótki i dłuższy pobyt :)

To nie jest nowy apartament i tego trzeba mieć świadomość.

- 2 rooms, big enough for a family with 2 kids - Clean - Wifi available - 2/3min walk to the lake - beautiful view from the balcony

- Normal TV instead of smart tv - Noise from the upper floor appartment - But no big issues, acceptable

Große Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen in schöner, seenaher Lage. Private Parkplätze vor der Tür. Unkomplizierter Check-in per Schlüsselkästchen.

Die Einrichtung/Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad und in einem Schlafzimmer gab es leider schwarzen Schimmel. Der Vermieter versprach, sich darum zu kümmern.

WiFi was fairly quick, nice location. Bed was fairly comfortable. Free parking.

It’s very dated, with the mis matched furniture, plates, glasses, bedding etc it feels like you’re staying in a charity shop. It’s not the cleanest, damp in the bathroom, washing machine smelt, everytime I ran the kitchen tap the bathroom would fill with a sewage smell. I wasn’t told you can’t run several appliances at once as the electric would cut out so spent an hour searching for the trip switch which we had to go to the basement for in the end, we also had no hot water the first day and after some googling found out the boiler is on the balcony and it was turned off? Felt like the owner knows it’s a good location so doesn’t care to update the place and make it as nice as it could be. It’s a shame as it could be a really nice place.
