Good value for money

Location is superb, everything in walking distance. The host was very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed. Parking. Would come back.

An AC would be nice. Also the sockets require an adapter (it's good that there were a few in the apartment). The apartmemt photos are outdated, for example there is no bunk bet in the apartment.

Good apartment close to lake

Superb location for walking to and along the lake, and the car parking was very convenient, right outside the apartment. Bedrooms good and comfy, and really quiet location we slept very well with the shutters down! The kitchen is a bit basic for family cooking, e.g. small oven and a limit on overall hob power if you try to use more than 2 pans, but apart from that it's very nice and the host is very helpful with good check-in information, key arrangements and when we had a wifi problem he fixed it very quickly. We would come again for short stay.

Pleasant stay in a large apartment next to the lake

The apartment is spacious and the bed is confortable. The apartment is close to the lake (3 minutes walking distance) and to a number of bars and restaurant (including a couple of very good Gelaterrias). There is also a supermarket and a small shopping center at walking distance (8 minutes). The view on the mountains from the balcony is nice. The underground parking is easily accessible and the parking box is pretty large. Riva is a good base to explore the high lake area (Limone, Malcesine, Arco, Tenno, ...). The host did his best to resolve the issue we had during our stay.

The living room is a little bit dark but this is ok while it is next to the balcony. There is not much of tableware available in the apartment (some mugs would be welcome).

Perfect choice for a family

Real close to the beach,rent-a-boat/windsurfing equipment/paddle boat etc, icecream parlour,mountain trails,resyaurants,old town. Nice balconies,free parking. Definately coming back!

The location was very good, comfortable bed, good shower.

The kitchen appliances were a bit dirty. and a warmer duvet would’ve been nice as well, since the heaters were turned off.

Byłem tylko jedna noc ale przyjechałbym tu na kilka dni.

Czysto, dużo miejsca. Dobra lokalizacja.

Trochę stare wszystko. Po 10 godzinach jazdy w słabo oświetlonym otoczeniu trudno było zoorientowac się gdzie jest skrytka z kluczami.

Ok na 1-2 noce i zrobienie sobie śniadania. Nie polecam na dłużej, nie polecam gotować.

Lokalizacja jest świetna plus sam budynek jest bardzo dobry, duże przestronne mieszkanie z przynależnym garażem super posłużyło do przechowania rowerów.

Bardzo stare wyposażenie i mocno zdekompletowane, np. każdy kubek, garnek inny i wszystko mocno zużyte. Niezbyt czyste podłogi, kuchnia bardzo zużyta i napuchnięta woda. Niehigieniczne ceraty. W łazience wstawiona stara szafka kuchenna z brzydkim podziurawionym bokiem, także „zamaskowana” ceratą. Najgorsza sprawa to gotowanie - w apartamencie jest świeżo wymieniona płyta indukcyjna (inna niż na zdjęciach) i wstawiona w starą napuchniętą szafkę. Ale…. Ktoś poskąpił na zakup kilku garnków które nadają się na indukcję i na tej nowej płycie postawił krążki adaptery do starych zużytych i poniszczonych garnków. Efekt jest taki że te garnki nie mogą się nagrzać, woda w dużym garnku potrafi gotować się 1h na najwyższej mocy palnika… żenada!
