Great location!

Apartment was bare and lacked anything special. The furniture was thrown together without any sense of style. Although there was air conditioning in the main room, the bedroom was HOT without any fans, the stove top didn’t work, and no toilet paper. Okay for 2 nights but over all disappointed.

We enjoyed the area very much for the two days we were there!

Close to everything and good for sleeping with two bed choices.

No staff on site. Directions on Googled us in our car down a pedestrian street. Parking wasn’t convenient with suitcases etc. The business next door opened the first doors for us. It wasn’t an easy check in but apartment was fine.

Over-priced but reasonable acocmodation - as long as you don't have a car.

Good central location. Basic but clean and functional.

Curtains were non-existent in the lounge, and stopped no light in the bedroom - not conducive to a good night's sleep. The ZTL pass for a car was never received, depsite being offered, and repeatedly asked for. Booking.com shouldn't allow listings to count as having parking, when it's a mile away out of the town. This wasn't apparent until after a non-refundable payment was made for the property. I accept that there is no parking in the centre, but when I list parking as a requirement, I expect town-centre properties that can't offer this to be filtered out. With big heavy cases, being able to park outside was much more important than location to us - the nearest drop-off car park that they suggest, and the paid overnight parking they offer didn't cut it. Wouldn't stay there again on a similar trip on account of teh parking situation alone.

Great location!

It was a nice apartment. Better than shown in the photos! Terrific location and the staff was always available and fast in responding via whatsapp. The only thing to mention was that in one of the rooms there was still trash behind the door (maybe they didn't notice when cleaning), and the sofa bed was clearly not in the best shape, but good enough to sleep on.

I’m with all family satisfied with stay.

property was clean, light, and warm. very quiet place in excellent location. clean bedding and towels, staff member from 1dest next day after we arrived texted a message asking if we got everything ore do we need anything, it was cute.

it’s not like I didn’t liked but the only thing I wish the mattress could be a bit softer for double bed.

4 storeys of stairs for access, no lights on top floor of stairs. Photo of water views and a washing machine but neither present in the property. Thin mattress with terrible pillows.

Great location, basic facilities

Location was fantastic, in the center of Riva just a few meters from the lake shore. Staff very attentive ... Sent whatsapp message requesting a fan which was promptly delivered.

Not very clean. Basic rustic furniture and beds - not very comfortable. No air conditioning so gets very warm.

Superb

The location is just superb; in the middle of the pulsing Riva; very close to the beach, a playground; and a few steps from the harbour. Our apartment (260) was amazingly spacious (2 parents + 2 kids), and would easily take 2 more adults. It was also quiet. The Dest team was always available online or on the phone, and responded in a matter of seconds.

The wi-fi might have been stronger but we didn't really need it.

The location was perfect and the apartment was very spacious and clean.

The parking can be a little confusing when you first get there but the owner was very responsive in helping. He also was responded right away when we asked him to fix the wifi.

great central location. views on lake in morning and sunset were beautiful. the bedrooms and living room was very spacio

great location , very clean, great view of lake from top floor apartment . staff easily contactable for fixing light and wifi . able to check out later and leave car in parking for longer

not enjoying light in living room. need at least 2 floor lamps . very late check in and early check out . the directions to temporary car park was strange, be better just to park in the same car park as the apartment car park for 1 euro /hour

It was in the center of riva del grada and the beach , The apartments itself is big

The parking place was far from the apartments. We didn't see host and it was hard to open door, elevator didn't work and this place is not good for children . It near the restaurants and pubs and may be better much to couples, also no view from the window as it on the picture
