Nice central old town place

Nice accomodation in a very central location. There was everything we needed and could feel like in a vacation place.

The people in the building were loud the first night, they thought nobody was in the building.

Close to restaurants and the Center of Riva. The apartment was clear. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy.

Very good location. Close to the lake and main tourist streets. Parking lot is located 5 minutes walk from apartment (not free).

In the same building is restaurant. It is loudly to the middle of night and on the early morning again. Lack of air conditioning. It's really hot in apartment.

Superb

Beautiful location in the centre of Riva close to favorite restaurants and shops. Beuautiful beach at about 15 minutes walk. Enough room for the family with 3 kids. Very communicative and helpful owner of the appartment.

Some improvements could be done but nothing important. Maybe too much noise for family with small kids but it is due to the town centre location. We had appartment at the upper floor (many stairs) + car parking place at other area means some effort with unloading and loading of luggage.

The apartament is situated in a very good location, near the centre of the city. It is perfect for a family (4-5 persons). The personal was very kindly and helpful, give solution for every ask and problem. If you have a car you can book a parking place from them. Nice !

Ottimo per soggiorni brevi

Posizione strepitosa, in centro storico, a due passi sia dal lago che da un parcheggio coperto a pagamento.

Bagno non finestrato con pochi appendini per gli asciugamani rispetto al numero dei posti letto e porta a soffietto rumorosissima. Le finestre non hanno le tende quindi le ante esterne non si possono spalancare se si vuole mantenere un po' di privacy.

Розташування ідеальне, в самому сердечку Ріви, близько до набережної і кругом магазини, ресторани… Дякую, що дозволили на пів години скоріше заселитися в наш номер, оскільки ми були із 4-х місячною дитиною і вже із 13.30 були в Ріві, і просили ще скоріше але і так добре… Врахуйте, що будинок високий, сходи вузькі і ліфта не має(це не винна власника, це так побудований будинок) але у нас номер був на другому високому поверсі і носити колиску було важкувато, тому в кого маленькі діти не рекомендувала б) Читала, що в попередніх відгуках шумно ввечері, так це цілком правдива інформація але ви знаходитись у самому центрі, і знизу кругом ресторани де люди відпочивають і це нормально, ми закривали вікна і так було досить нормально)

Єдиний пункт який я б зауважила, це прибирання, було не дуже чисто!
