Lovely spacious apartment in a central location

The apartment was very clean, spacious and the lady who met us and showed us to the apartment was really helpful. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Riva. I asked for recommendations for parking on WhatsApp and was very quickly given two options. Lovely.

Important to bear in the mind the apartment is at the top of the building and there are a lot of steps up the stairs, if you have any mobility issues this could be a problem, as there is no lift.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment, clean, modern, spacious, good air conditioning (we stayed in the height of summer ) . Big bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, crispy cotton bedding. Central location, beach, restaurants and shops, including supermarkets, all within walking distance.

I couldn't see any smoke or CO alarms or sprinkler systems. It would be a good idea to have these fitted if there aren't any, as the apartment is several stories up and there's no extra fire exit stairs. The apartment wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, it's 57 steps up! The top bedroom is on a mezzanine floor and hasn't got air conditioning but has a fan. I'm sure it would be cool enough if the other bedrooms kept their doors open.

Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum

Die Lage mitten in Riva del Garda aber trotzdem in einer sehr schmalen doch ruhigen Gasse waren für uns perfekt. Direkt beim Hafen und sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie die Fußgängerzone in ein paar Schritten erreichbar.

Beide Schlafzimmer mit Glastüren sind bei mehreren Personen nicht sehr praktisch, da jedesmal wenn jemand das Licht aufdreht, es taghell im Schlafzimmer ist. Bei einem der Schlafzimmer ist auch noch ein großes Fenster zum Gang, die Jalousie macht dies nicht sehr dunkel und wenn am Gang in der Nacht das Licht angeht, ist das Zimmer auch hell erleuchtet.
