I’ll never book a property from this company. Very unprofessional.

The appartment was clean, confortable (except the pillows 😫) and well located! The first night our experience was ok, except that it was a party in the appartment above us… the party ended around 3 am.

The second day of our stay, around 8:30 pm, the boiler stopped working, so I immediately contacted the property. They try to help remotely but since we couldn’t restart the boiler after several attempts, I asked them to send somebody to fix the problem since the property seemed to forget that we were paid guests and no boiler technicians, but they didn’t send anybody and just AFTER I expressed my concern about not having heater for that night, then they told us how to turn the A/C in heater mode but still fix the hot water problem… all these interactions were through whatsapp messaging and one short videocall (last interaction), The property was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL in its way to react to this issue expecting their guests to act as a boiler tecnician.

we liked the apartment location, parking and the ability to wash our clothes for free. the coffee pot was so good for a

good location, you can reach easily the lake by walk, restaurants, ships, busses and tower elevator. quite place good for relaxing, big apartment, washing mashine, parking, dog friendly, kind stuff, kitchen for cooking, fridge, cofee pot for esspreso, aircondition.

Trains & buses are very reasonable to travel about. Would definitely book this property again.

Quiet good residential location with 10min walk central Riva del Garda. 5min walk to central bus station.

No mirrors in bedrooms. Needs bedside lights in main bedroom for night reading. Would be nice to have small drinks table on balcony. We couldn’t use the pedestrian gate onto Main Street, keys did not work! Needs ignition tool/matches to light gas rings.

Passable

Location is very good and easy to folllow the check in instruction. Apartment is large enough for stay of the family.

Unfortunately there was no hot water in the apartment. They were not able to fix it even after we send pictures of the display of the boiler. So we had the cold shower with children. The beds are not comfortable and are very noisy when you make a little move.
