we stayed at Casa Teresa for 2 nights and really liked it. Apartment was recently reconstructed, looks nice, fresh and clean, a lot of space, kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Communication with the host was perfect. We will come again, highly recommend.

Casa accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. Ho soggiornato per lavoro, e la posizione è perfetta. Meno di cinque minuti di macchina dall'area fiera e due minuti a piedi dal centro.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage für Leute, die mit dem Zug anreisen

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für eine Woche Gardaseeurlaub benötigt. Bestechend ist die Lage - weniger als 10 Minuten dauert der Fußweg in die Altstadt und in 5 Minuten ist man am Busbahnhof.

Für uns gibt es keine Kritikpunkte. Deshalb haben wir diese Ferienwohnung ja schon ein zweites Mal gewählt.

Posizione ottimale a pochi passi dal centro. Alloggio perfetto, parcheggio davanti alla porta in cortile. Interni ben arredati puliti. Mi è piaciuta molto la cucina, luminosa con una parete tutta finestre Di sicuro ci torneremo

bene, se fosse stato caldo direi ottimo

casa molto ordinata, pulita e comodissima ai servizi. Un posto auto interno che ha permesso di lasciare la macchina e spostarsi comodamente a piedi. ambienti ampi, ristrutturati. disponibilità di stoviglie e comfort

L'unica pecca è che siamo arrivati in casa con 14.3 gradi ed il pomeriggio e sera sono stati veramente molto freddi. Andrebbe riscaldata un po' prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti essendo un riscaldamento tradizionale, solo la mattina successiva all'arrivo e quindi in partenza abbiamo raggiunto i 17 gradi.

Super Lage mit ein paar Mankos

Super Lage, ruckzuck ist man im Zentrum. Sicherer Parkplatz fürs Auto,

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Glaseingangstüre war mit einem Schwarzen Vorhang zu verhängen, der zusätzlich noch Tempertur aufbaut. Ein normaler kleiner Tisch mit 2 Sessel fürs Frühstück draußen fehlt leider. Zum E-Bikeaufladen sollte man sich ev. ein Verlängerungskabel mitnehmen.

‏الشقة أرضية فيها حديقة وجميلة جدا ومريحة ونظيفة وصاحب السكن كان متعاون جدا عند وصلنا إلى السكن موقعها كان ممتاز جدا في السنتر قريب مشي على الأقدام لكن ينقصها تكييف الهواء لكن يوجد مروحة فيها غساله ومطبخ صغير انبسطت بالاقامه فيها

Klidná rodinná dovolená

Ubytování bylo až na výjimky čisté, prostorné dobře vybavené. V kuchyni nechyběly hrnce, pánvičky mikrovlnka a kavovar nespreso. Připraveny byly i 4 kapsle do kávovaru, 1 tableta do myčky (pokud chcete používat myčku, doporučuji si přibalit pár tablet z domu, ať nemusíte kupovat velké drahé balení na místě) a myci prostředek s houbičkami. K dispozici byly také oleje, sůl, pepř a cukr a nějaký čaj. V koupelně je pračka, takže si můžete přeprat oblečení a je zde i sušák. K našemu apartmánu bylo k dispozici parkování přímo před našim vchodem, na auto jsme tedy viděli z okna a navíc bylo uvnitř zahrady, kde se brána zamyká. Je zde rozkládací gauč a televize, celkově je byt hodně prostorný a byl zde i větrák pro teplejší dny. My jsme nicméně zatahovali přes den rolety, aby nedocházelo k vyhřívání bytu. Celkově hodnotím jako dobré ubytování, až na pár drobností viz níže, ale určitě se zde ráda vrátím, poloha je naprosto skvělá, kousek od centra, pláže i supermarketu, ale zároveň jde o velmi klidné místo, kde se nám dobře spalo a nic nás nerušilo.

Vzhledem k tomu, že je to apartmán, kde si po celou dobu uklízíte sami, hodil by se přidat kromě smetáku do vybavení bytu také mop, podlaha byla poslední dny už trochu nečistá a bylo nepříjemné jít se špinavýma nohama například do postele. Nebyl k dispozici toaletní papír (při příjezdu tam byla jedna celá a 2 poloviční role), a náhradní sáčky do koše, což mě docela zarazilo, nicméně respektuji, že majitel prostě toto neposkytuje. Toto je jen můj objektivní názor, pobyt nám to nijak nezkazilo, jen jsme byli překvapeni :) A sprchový kout by možná snesl nějaké hloubkové vyčištění, ale povrchy byly čisté.

Abitazione pulita e completa di tutti i comfort. Luminosa e silenziosa nonostante sia vicina a 2 strade molto trafficate. A 500 metri dal centro storico e con un grande supermercato a pochi passi.

Felici di aver scelto questo B&B

La posizione, confortevole e silenziosa al tempo stesso comodissima per raggiungere il centro di riva del Garda: una breve passeggiata di 5 minuti. L'appartamento è ampio, stile essenziale ma ha il suo perché. Bagno favoloso con una ampia doccia walk in. Comodo il posto auto fronte appartamento.
