Clean and quiet apartment with great location

The apartment was in great location. The host was very nice and the check in and checkout was without an issue, even though the host does not speak english. Used google translate and managed to get all info needed. The apartment was also very clean and quiet.

The wifi signal was very weak and almost not usable. There were plates and cups as part of the equipment that is a plus, but sadly no dish detergent and sponge for cleaning the dishes. Also the apartment is pretty dark, but can be expected as it is located in city centre with just one small window.

Nice apartment with great location!

Nice room with comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The host Paolo was very helpful and showed us the apartment when we arrived. The location was super good - right in the city center. There was a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment had very good soundproofing.

Location was excellent, centre of the old town. Parking is two minutes walking distance, to buy bread for breakfast or a café to have an Italian breakfast in is just next door.

If the bells of a church nearby at 7 in the morning disturb you, it is not your place. But you can get used to it...

The host, Paolo, was amazing. Super kind and resourceful. The location is great, super convenient, right in the middle of the old town, with plenty of restaurant choices around, bakery, cafés, supermarket, souvenir shops and all the taxi boats, cruises, etc., all at 3-5min. walking distance.

Great holiday spot

The owner was extremely helpful and nice - we got to communicate in German, and received plenty of recommendations of what to do around. The location is excellent, in the middle of the town. Private parking is available about 100m away.

Great host, good location. We even could use the garage to park our bikes. Location is in the middle of the centrum, but the location is without the disadvantages of the centrum: it was very quite. Comfortable bed makes it complete. Paolo was a superior host, very helpfully.

Great location, cleanness, enough space in the room and bathroom, good air conditioning (useful before sleeping).

I would appreciate some basic cleaning equipment so that we could clean up the floor etc. The room was a bit dark.

Exceptional

Appartment was super clean, it was bigger than we expected, comfortable bed & sofas , all in very good shape. Location is right in the center , close to everywhere, very nice.

The only minor thing that bothered me was that I have hit my head to the roof ( since this is attic appartment & I am 190cm) but this is not an issue , since I got used to it very quickly .

Lokalizacja obiektu na starym mieście jest wielkim atutem. Blisko do restauracji, barów i sklepów. Ponieważ poruszanie się autem po starym mieście jest ograniczone, Posiadaliśmy podziemny parking prywatny dodatkowo płatny niedaleko zakwaterowania. W samym obiekcie wygodne łóżko podwójne i w osobnym pokoju dwa pojedyncze. Dwa wejścia do mieszkania jedno po schodach drugie osobne po wjechaniu windą

Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo ubogie. W głównym pomieszczeniu dziennym, który nie wiadomo czy nazwać salonem czy kuchnią znajdowały się stare meble. Drewniany narożnik do siedzenia ze stołem i krzesłami. Stara sofa, komoda i stare meble kuchenne. Wnętrze tego pomieszczenia nie pasowało do reszty apartamentu stylem. Na środku pomieszczenia znajdował się przenośny klimatyzator. Być może kieliszki do wina nie są standardem ale brakowało ich i kiedy chcieliśmy napić się wina pozostały nam jedynie szklanki. Brak jakichkolwiek lampek które dodały by klimatu jedynie plafony na suficie świecące bardzo mocno białym światłem o zimnej barwie.
