Die Lage im Zentrum ist grossartig. Das Appartment ist praktisch mit 2 Schlafzimmern plus Wohnküche. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das alte Gebäude hat einen typischen Charme.
Keine Beschwerde, nur gut zu wissen:
Die Parkplatzsituation muss man aufgrund der Fussgängerzone vorab klären und relativ weit das Gepäck tragen. Das Haus hat eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe, man muss gut zu Fuss sein.
Leider ist das Restaurant im EG sehr rücksichtslos und spielt TÄGLICH ab 22.00 TechnoMusik (gehört allerdings nicht dem Vermieter). Man kann entweder bis Mitternacht wach bleiben, ohne Klima bei geschlossenen Fenstern schwitzen oder mit der lauten Musik schlafen. Ein kleines Klimagerät am Fenster würde das Problem lösen, dann 10/10 Punkte.

Location was excellent. Apartment was better than expected.
There was no microwave in the apartment. However, this is only a small minus.
