I wouldn't stay here again

spacious & good location.

Then property is in need of modernisation! No plugs in the bath room sink, no shower curtain over the bath, shower in the loft couldn't be on for more than 2 minutes as it over flowered due to a blockage. Would benefit from deep clean. Maybe the owners could leave more than 1 coffee sachet and 2 tea bags (these where all the welcome facilities left in the apartment)

Nice location to stay during colder months of the year, too warm in the summer

The service provided was excellent, due to unforeseen circumstances we got to the location earlier than we thought and there was still some hours before the actual check-in time, they still allowed us to go and stash our luggage to the apartment. Thank you for that! The location was nice and quiet, there was barely any noise coming from the streets even though it was Saturday night. Plenty of room as well for two adults and two teenagers. The apartment itself looked nice and took us back in time to different era.

The free WIFI was utterly useless, we couldn't do even simple searches through Google or read news, let alone anything more bandwidth intensive like uploading pics and vids. Be prepared to use your own data. The apartment was also ridiculously hot and humid during our stay at the latter part of July. I'd say during March to April and October to November the apartment might be livable, but during the hotter months it will be unbearable. We couldn't stay there at all, once we dropped the bags we returned around 10 pm and it was still too hot for us. Luckily we only spent one night there, more would have caused us health issues. The last thing we weren't too happy about was the battered condition of some of the equipment, here the nostalgic feeling of the olden days starts to wane off. The fridge looked like someone had had a round in the ring with it, while the shower was half and half. Half of the water to the bathtub through the faucet and half from the shower head. The selection knob didn't work.

- good localization - nice view from the window - pretty clean

- wifi was not working for us for two days - problem was with lack of dishes. We came by plane so it was difficult for us to cook - car park place was located far away

Good location

It should be called bachelor retreat. It is completely not suitable and not equipped for family stay. It is good for going to bars and then just going to sleep. Apartment itself needs some repairing. Some shelf doors are broken, walls need painting. Seems like owners hate this apartment. The third bed is foldable in pretty bad state.

Decent apartment

Decent apartment at a decent price in a nice location. Rooms are nice and clean, everything very well equipped.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable :). The parking situation was a little less convenient as described (the parking lot is quite a walk away).

La scarsa pulizia , l accoglienza inesistente tutto online non c'era una bottiglietta d acqua neanche a pagamento Assenza di phon pavimento sporco briciole sulla cucina Divano letto inarcato e di bassa qualità usurato sui lati, cassetti sfondati che nn si aprono nessun cucino in aggiunta L acqua non era caldissima Per fortuna eravamo qui per la fiera e siamo rimasti solo 2 gg Le potenzialità l appartamento le ha ma non e curato Wifi lentissimo

Posizione ottima in pieno centro. La struttura è esattamente come descritto. Non do eccezionali solo perché avrebbe bisogno di una piccola manutenzione. Abbiamo comunicato perfettamente tramite wathapps per i nostri dubbi. Gentilissimi. Le bike sono state messe in un park box a 5 minuti dalla casa .

Qualche piccolo lavoro da fare. Esempio se utilizzi una doccia non puoi utilizzare quella del secondo bagno perché arriva poca acqua e pure fredda. Un lavabo perdeva e la vasca ha bisogno di una restaurazione.

Wohnung bräuchte mal wieder eine kleine Auffrischung... Lampe im Badezimmer war abgefallen, der Lattenrost im unteren Schlafzimmer heruntergebrochen, die Buchstaben an der Wand abgefallen. Die auf dem Schrank oben abgelegten Reisetaschen, beförderten beim Herunternehmen eine zentimeterdicke Staubschicht auf das Bett und den Boden.

Obiekt świetny w super lokalizacji, miasto również niesamowite .

Pani mieszkająca piętro niżej , mocno niezrównoważona , potrafiła w ciągu dnia dzwonić dzwonkiem , walić do drzwi straszyć policja i krzyczeć na całą klatkę bo przeszkadzały jej nasze kroki. Jest to dziwne bo generalnie w mieszkaniu spędzaliśmy bardzo mało czasu i bardzo wcześnie chodziliśmy spać . Cała sytuacja była dość stresująca bo w pewnym momencie człowiek bał się stawiać kroki ..

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Riva del Garda und trotzdem ruhig. Großes Appartement. - man hat wirklich viel Platz. 2 Bäder! Großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. . Kommunikation per WhatsApp app für Chek-in und out hat gut funktioniert.

Schlafen auf Ausziehcouch ist ungemütlich. Unteres Bad ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. In der Küche gab es zwar ausreichend Kochgeschirr aber nur 3 Stk. Kaffeetassen. Balkon ist nett aber sehr schmal. Geländer auf der Galerie wackelt erheblich - nicht ungefährlich! Ein Lift wäre natürlich schon ganz nett.

JadąC do tego apartamentu trzeba pamiętać że jest to 4 piętro (poddasze) bez klimatyzacji. Równocześnie jest to ścisłe centrum gdzie nie da się podjechać samochodem i śmieci trzeba wynieść również poza strefę centrum miasta, po czym wrócić i odnieść kartę na 4 piętro. W apartamencie jest głośno z ciągle gwarnej ulicy do 1-2 w nocy a od rana równie głośno w związku ze sprzątaniem ulic. Nie mówiąc jeśli trafi się na koncert to jakby się spało nad sceną.

Zu zweit sehr schön, aber zu viert mit diesem Schlafsofa nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, gerade um abends gut essen und etwas trinken zu gehen. Zudem gab es extra einen abgesperrten Raum für Fahrräder.

Leider war das Schlafsofa sehr, sehr unbequem. Es war nicht nur sehr alt und kaputt und wurde auf Kissen gestützt, es standen auch am Rand Metallstangen heraus.

Die Lage ist perfekt - es gab (etwas entfernt) einen guten Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut (Englisch)
