Clean, central, washing machine, good water pressure, good internet, very well equipped kitchen, Smart TV.
No batteries in smoke alarm, not rectified. Could be noisy at night (bars & music) and early morning (emptying of glass recycling). Hot water runs out after 2 - 3 showers. Shower on/off switch a bit still.

Would have been helpful to have had: (1) Instructions for operating the shower knobs and the washing machine. Also Shower knobs were also difficult to turn and operate(2) Small Microwave
