Location is 10/10 walking distance to the centre, and also beaches and supermarket, bus location nearby as well, plenty of room inside too , kept clean . Nice tv as well, fans inside as well,

The management of the property are extremely cheap and stingy , you get one washing tablet and barely any softener, you are also expected to leave the place spotless or expect a 80 euro fine, there is no kettle , nor anywhere to leave the plates to dry , most outlets don’t work, also oven doesn’t work, couch is very dirty and smells, serious lack of cooking facilities. Also expected to take your own rubbish to the local waste centre, or expect another fine of them . Overall nice but the management need to sort these fines out. Ruins a great apartment

mancanza tende per oscurare, pensile cucina piatti difettoso (non sta aperto), poca luce in bagno, vicinanza a campanile con rintocchi ogni ora dalle 7 alle 22, no accesso auto (necessario permesso ZTL per scarico bagagli, da richiedere con anticipo)
