Good location, but the apartment i would not recommend

The only thing we really liked was the location unfortunately all the rest was not that good

1) no A/C, windows are small so it is always hot inside 2) windows small so always dark 3) so many rules: take out trash, wash dishes…otherwise u get a fine, however no even a dishwashing liquid left or paper towels. For our towels we needed to pay extra 30 eur per person

Location is excellent right in centre of old town Riva. The apartment is well planned and had all necessities needed and even more. Excellet kitchen, nice bathroom and also the bedrooms was large and plenty of storage. it’s an addict apartment so windows are low by the floor so not the best view but in old town Riva, all houses are in narrow streets so view is not needed anyhow. Comfortable with elevator all the way to the apartment from street level. Quite and calm and only thing was the church ringing at certain hours but that’s part of Italy. We enjoyed the stay very much and can highly recommend Loft Martini!!

We liked all but if there would be a bit more porcelain/glasses for wine, drinks and coffe would be excellent.

Ideal location, very spacious apartment

The accommodation was in a fantastic location in central Riva del Garda, close to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and clean. It was very spacious and had good amenities such as a washing machine.

The kitchen was not overly well equipped. There was also very limited instructions given in the handover document, which didn't specify that we needed to connect the wireless router ourselves, so we spent the first few days without internet. We messaged the host about this, but didn't get a response or any instructions. We also had to travel about 4km from the apartment to the office of the company renting out the apartment to get the keys for check in. Given that we didn't have a car and had to do this after a long train journey, it was not ideal. Also, there was no instructions given for how to sort the rubbish. There were a lot of recycling options, but there was only one bin, so could have used some guidance on what to separate.

Apartment was big and clean and the location was fantastic.

Nice place but...

Location was fantastic. Spacious apartment.

Everything else let it down. Had to check in, and return the key 5km from the apartment. While it was in the small print it was not obvious. Had I known this I would not have booked as we did not have a car. Multiple additional charges. €55 cleaning fee, €20 linen and signs around the apartment stating an additional €80 bill if we fail to take the bins out or leave any dirty washing up. A final minor annoyance was being provided with 3/4 of a toilet roll which was for a 5 night booking.

Unfortunately not very satisfied with the value for money

Central location, spacious.

In my opinion, the Martini apartment is not worth the money. There was no hair dryer and spare toilet paper in such an expensive apartment. Although it is located in the historical center, it is very noisy and you can't sleep well. You should also note that this is an apartment rented by real estate agencies, not a private person, so they have a different approach to guests. In addition, bed linen is also payable, which you must pay attention to !!!

Kontakt war zwar sehr freundlich, aber wir waren sehr unzufrieden mit der Wohnung, leider.

Der Kontakt war sehr einfach und problemlos. Bei Fragen wurde mir immer schnell geantwortet und weiter geholfen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Es gab leider kein Besteck, was nicht klar war, somit war das kochen eigentlich auch nicht möglich. Öl oder Gewürze waren auch nicht vorhanden, was gut wäre im Vorhinein zu wissen! Leider waren die Fenster bodentief und klein und die Nachbarn sehr nah sodass es in jedem Winkel möglich war hinein zu schauen. Es gab Vorhänge die aber nicht überall hingen. In das Badezimmer konnte man komplett reinschauen, auf die Dusche und Toilette! Die Wohnung hatte keine Klima Anlage und lag im Dachgeschoss was wirklich nicht schön war, weil es sehr warm geworden ist. Badezimmer ist auch nicht mit Seife oder Mülleimer ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine war zwar vorhanden aber irgendwelche Plätze um Handtücher vom See aufzuhängen gab es nicht, finde ich nicht gut wenn man ja weiß das die Mieter im See baden werden. Als wir angekommen sind hat es leider wirklich unangenehm gerochen, kann man leider nicht auf den Bildern sehen. Den Schrank im Schlafzimmer konnte man wegen diesem modrigen Geruch überhaupt nicht benutzen, es war sehr unangenehm! Leider bin ich enttäuscht über den Aufenthalt und werde nicht wieder kommen.

mancanza tende per oscurare, pensile cucina piatti difettoso (non sta aperto), poca luce in bagno, vicinanza a campanile con rintocchi ogni ora dalle 7 alle 22, no accesso auto (necessario permesso ZTL per scarico bagagli, da richiedere con anticipo)

Geen wijnglazen. Sleutel voor de lift van 0 verdieping werkte alleen de eerst dag. Wellicht id de beschrijving schrijven dat het klepje van de kluissleutel omhoog moet worden geklapt.
