Well worth apartment, with "Italia"at your doormat...

Nice, clean well equipped apartment. Got the keys flawless from the keybox at the "office". It is in the middle of the city. You can have a pizza as you step out the door. Riva small old town streets, cafes etc just at your doormat. No aircondition but the flat was not hot fortunately.

If the owner would able to organize a private parking place somewhere would be a big help. Otherwise we parked at the multiply locations suggested before, so was not a problem, just needs a 5-10 minutes walk to reach the car.

Good accomodation in the heart of the historical centre of Riva del Garda.

Appartment in the old historical centre. Clean.

Sometimes little noisy, as the bedrooms windows are to courtyard and the living room window is to the busy street. Parking is not possible nearby, we had to look for parking space, approx. 10 min by walk.

Great location, shame about the cleanliness

The location was fantastic. So close to the water.

The floors and bathroom were not clean. I had to mop the floors when we arrived. They were dusty and dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Mould in the shower that could easily be wiped off with my finger, so should have been cleaned off when cleaned prior to our arrival. Basin not cleaned either. It was all pretty grubby. I let the agent know so they can address with the cleaner. A simple fix.

Superb

Super location. Direct in the city centre. A few steps to lake. Only one step to ristorante. Everything is around. Really inside the citt Typical ital flat. Good equiped. Clean and pleasure.

Little further is parking. But nothing complicated. For family with small children and stroller the access is more complicated,because of stairs. And down you do not have possibilities to leave nothing. No space because of stairs
