Perfect communication with Lorenza, all instructions are crystal clear (including pictures and videos of the key pickup or locating the appartment or garage). The appartment is prepared with all possible facilities in mind and allows you trouble-less long stays. The fact it's located in the city center causes no troubles either (no noises or anything that would disturb your evening or morning sleep).
Keep in mind it's 4th floor and you'll need to climb on foot.
