Great stay in great location

Great location in the centre of Riva (although it can be a little noisy at times). Well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the property. Had a washing machine. Clean. Comfortable beds

Being on the 3rd floor it was a bit daunting tackling the stairs after a long day of walking! The air conditioning wasn’t very effective. We had to sort our own garbage and take it to the garbage point up the street (although it’s great the town is going it’s bit for the environment!)

Riva del Garda is not the place to save money on comfort in SUMMER !

Good location, value for money if you are very on budget in the area. But its not the place where you probably are looking to some money, prioritize your comfort and sleep first.

Air Condition is just way underpowered for such big apartment. Its very very very weak. Even though you leave it ON for a whole day, left in the morning and return at the late evening - its still unbearably hot. Once arrived, AC was turned off, it actually took around 8 hours just to stop sweating and try to go to bed, which was like 3 AM. Bed matrasses were very thin, not comfortable, if you like sleeping on hard beds - thats ok, but if you want to relax, feel yourself as on a cloud - its way off that.

Great base for exploring Lake Garda

Really enjoyed our stay. Central location, within walking distance of lake with many restaurants and bars just downstairs. The property was clean and well equipped. The host was excellent as she resolved some parking issues we had.

Very nice and lovely place, beautiful town, clean and lovely lake surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Big appartment, well equipped, with localisation almost in the city centre with short walking distance to both parking and a lake.

The aircondition system is too loudly.

Italienischer Flair im Zentrum von Riva

Die Lage ist super zentral, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Das ist ein Vor- und Nachteil in einem. Es bietet italienischen Flair, dafür ist es abends laut, da sich direkt unter der Wohnung ein Gastgarten befindet. Ich habe die Vermieterin nicht kennengelernt, die Auskünfte übers Handy auf englisch waren jedoch prompt und engagiert.

Zur An- und Abreise darf man für 30 Minuten vor dem Haus parken. Sofern man keinen Parkplatz bei der Buchung direkt mitaufzahlt (Euro 15 pro Tag) wird es teuer (ca 2 Euro/h), oder der Parkplatz ist weit entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt um 3 Stock, ohne Lift. Für Menschen mit Geheinschränkung nicht zu empfehlen.

Geräumige Dachwohnung mittendrin im Leben!

Für uns war die Lage perfekt, direkt in der Stadt, mitten im Leben. Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür, in wenigen Minuten am Seeufer und in der Altstadt.

Etwas umständlich war es, die Dachfenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen-da kommt man als kleinerer Mensch nicht so gut ran.
