Die Lage ist super zentral, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Das ist ein Vor- und Nachteil in einem. Es bietet italienischen Flair, dafür ist es abends laut, da sich direkt unter der Wohnung ein Gastgarten befindet. Ich habe die Vermieterin nicht kennengelernt, die Auskünfte übers Handy auf englisch waren jedoch prompt und engagiert.
Zur An- und Abreise darf man für 30 Minuten vor dem Haus parken. Sofern man keinen Parkplatz bei der Buchung direkt mitaufzahlt (Euro 15 pro Tag) wird es teuer (ca 2 Euro/h), oder der Parkplatz ist weit entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt um 3 Stock, ohne Lift. Für Menschen mit Geheinschränkung nicht zu empfehlen.

Für uns war die Lage perfekt, direkt in der Stadt, mitten im Leben.
Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür, in wenigen Minuten am Seeufer und in der Altstadt.
Etwas umständlich war es, die Dachfenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen-da kommt man als kleinerer Mensch nicht so gut ran.

Good location, value for money if you are very on budget in the area. But its not the place where you probably are looking to some money, prioritize your comfort and sleep first.
Air Condition is just way underpowered for such big apartment. Its very very very weak. Even though you leave it ON for a whole day, left in the morning and return at the late evening - its still unbearably hot. Once arrived, AC was turned off, it actually took around 8 hours just to stop sweating and try to go to bed, which was like 3 AM. Bed matrasses were very thin, not comfortable, if you like sleeping on hard beds - thats ok, but if you want to relax, feel yourself as on a cloud - its way off that.
