Exceptional
Thomas from the agency was cheerful and helpful. The apartment was really well kitted out. We stayed for over a week so it was great to have a kitchen to cook our own food, and the space to relax a little. The bed was really comfortable and linen, towels and all were really clean. There was storage for our bikes, and the location was excellent - right in the middle of Riva del Garda. It was really hot while we were there, and a fan and large opening windows helped keep the place cool. It felt secure and safe. A nice touch was a bottle of wine left in the fridge.
One thing we hadn't checked on was the view - there was none! It looked out on a building wall abut 1.5 metres away! It was challenging getting the bikes though a narrow entrance and stairway, but as said, good to have bike storage. It would have been nice to have WIFI included, for the price.
