Superb

Apartment rented for one night during a bicycle trip around Lake Garda. First of all, excellent contact with the agency managing the apartment, perfectly organized way of checking in and receiving keys. The apartment is simply an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. We did not need anything else. A big plus is the garage, where we stored our bicycles and had the opportunity to recharge the batteries in our wives' e-bikes.

Not a place you want to return and rest after a long day outside

The furniture is showing its age and doesn't look good, the worst mattress we ever slept on, the TV is only in Italian channels no Netflix , the communication with the property manager is bad ( we couldn't find the key when we arrived and it took him 2 hours to get back to us ), Wi-Fi is poor .

Mediocre stay, inaccurate description.

We were slightly disappointed by this venue. The pictures online showed the side of the building, making us think this was a stand-alone villa, while it's actually an apartment building . Also, "fisheye" was used in all the photos, making the garden and living room seem larger than they were. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable.

When you book this apartments it seems that you will get the bigger part of the house but it is just a small apartment where you can’t find the most necessary facilities for a short stay such as salt, pepper, oil or smth

It's a comfy and super apartement in a very good location

- contactless check-in/out is so cool (regardless the initial dificulties) - the apartment is big enough, and the view from tha garden is spectacular - everything is available within walking distance, but the street is arranged and quite - the apartement is clean and the inside design is absolutely ok - equipped well enough

- the battery of the garage remote was down, so it wasn't work (probably due to the cold wether), so i had to find a place where I can buy a new battery - the lock of the entrance door was a bit tricky, it was not too easy to open -the wi-fi was terrible - as in the garage there is no mobile covarge we couldn't see the check in video, so it was a bit challanging to find where is the apartement - one of the duoble bed actually is two single bed put next together and the mattresses are always slipping away

اقمت في الشقه ٣ايام طريقه استلام المفاتيح عن طريق الايميل وارسل فيديو يوضح الطريقه وسهل جدا الشقه غرفتين سرير مزدوج وتم اضافه سرير اضافي لكل غرفه حيث ان عددنا ٦والاريكه في الصاله يمكن اضافته سرير مطبخ صغير فيه كل شي وحمامين وغساله وطاوله كوي وكوايه والشقه ارضيه علي حديقه خاصه لك فيها كراسي وخوش قعده تطل علي الجبال الشقه امان في مبنى سكنى مايدخل الا بمفتاح عند البوابه والسنتر قريب تروح مشي انصح العرب فيها فهى مناسبه للعوائل المنطقه روعه جيتها والجو غيم ومطر منطقه فيها فعاليات وشعبها ودود والمقاهي والاسواق تسكر الساعه ١١

Super Lage, TOP Preisleistungsverhältnis, sehr gut organisiert!

Für uns wäre allerdings bisschen mehr Information bzw. Fotos oder Beschreibung für Schlüsselsafe, Zimmer-oder Garagebeschreibung hilfreich gewesen - aber wir haben uns zurecht gefunden:-) Wir waren bis jetzt immer nur im Hotel unterwegs, deshalb einiges neu ;-)

Een fantastisch appartement op een aardige locatie met een super prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Eerlijk gezegd denk ik dat de eigenaar van het appartement niet in de gaten had dat er in deze week een (belangrijke) schoenenbeurs plaats vond in Riva del Garda,.... want de prijs was écht heel goed voor wat we ervoor kregen. Mijn collega's waren voor een veel minder appartement bijna het dubbele kwijt. Er zit een ondergrondse garage met een "eigen" garage box bij die hoog genoeg is voor een VW transporter... echt super.

We konden niet makkelijk in en uit het gebouw... we moesten altijd via de garage.... maar misschien hebben we een sleutel gemist, of hebben we iets niet goed begrepen.

Tolle ruhige Lage.Ausstattung gut.Küchensauberkeit schlecht (Rest ok!).Kommunikation ok,geht besser!

Lage super. Liegt in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Wohnanlage. In das Gelände kommt man nur mit den Schlüsseln. Am Eingang kommt man mit Code an die Schlüssel (Code kam bei uns über Whats App). Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Privatgarten (toll für unseren Hund). Tisch und Liegestühle aussen vorhanden. Ausblick auf die Bergseite von Riva. Eigenen, abgeschlossenen Tiefgaragenplatz mit Steckdose. 2 Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, Küche mit Wahnraum u.großem Tisch, 1 Bad, 1 Waschraum mit Waschmaschine/Wäscheständer und Klo. Alles was man braucht.

Die Sauberkeit der Küche lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Toilettenpapier war so sparsam "berechnet", dass wir eine Packung kaufen mussten (bei 2 Nächten). Die Unterkunft stellt eine Verfügbarkeit ab 16Uhr vor. Den Code bekamen wir erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage später (da die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt war). Wir hatten die Reinigungsdamen noch den Schlüssel hinterlegen sehen).
