Disappointed

First of all, I would like to thank the lady for letting me in early. She is super helpful in explaining the facility even when we one was communicating in Italian and the other in English. The apartment was looking very nice and clean. I like the location as well. I rated 3.5 stars for the staff, the location, and the cleanness.

I was very disappointed with a few things: the loud noise from the neighbors, the heavy cigarette smoke smell creaped into my apartment on the first night (obviously people were smoking right outside of the front doors in the small common area), and the bed- the mattress was super saggy and I didn't feel there was support at all, and I am skinny. I did not have much sleep for the two nights I stayed.

This is a great value place in the centre of the town on a residential street.

Everything thought out for a comfortable stay. The space is well used. The owners were very accommodating about our bicycles.

There's no hook for the shower head - a minor detail if you enjoy taking baths. The bathroom is accessed via the balcony off the bedroom but dressing gowns are provided.

Lovely modernised room and modern bathroom in a quaint old building. Within the beautiful old walled town of Riva Del Garda, with quaint narrow streets and close to the restaurants. Short walk downhill to the beautiful lake.

A bit hard to get parking outside the town walls, but that's not the fault of the accomodation.

Amazing location in old town, as long as you are capable of lugging your luggage to the door via pedestrian only cobbled streets! Great facilities including use of a washing machine. Offsite parking (need to arrange with owner) at reasonable rate.

Superb apartment in a beautiful town.

Everything in apartment is new and in great condition (as of May 2022). Large double bed. Spacious bathroom with shelves and drawers. Garden is a nice option for spending evenings on fresh air. The host is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.

Minor possible improvements: - A few more kitchen utensils would be helpful when preparing food. Scrached non-stick pan needs to be replaced. - Hangers for towels in the bathroom would be handy.

Good

The location is excellent, in the center of the old town with all the restaurants and the lake at a walking distance. There was a washing machine and a possibility to dry clothes outside in the backyard. The owner was very flexible with the arrival time and helped to find a parking space in a parking hall a bit further away. The apartment is quiet and there is a chance to go stairs down to sit and relax on the backyard.

The pictures indicate that the accommodation has plenty of space, with a small kitchenette. In reality, it was only a small room with little space around the bed. There was a small fridge and a good(!) coffee machine, but we suffered from lack of storage space for our clothes and sports gear. I think the accommodation is perfect for a long weekend, for a couple on a city break who lunches and dines out in the restaurants. For a family or people who do outdoor sports it is not optimal.

Great communication with Marco and a top notch location.The appartment was very clean and pretty. Kitchen came with a coffee machine and some tabs.

The bathroom is accessible through the balcony. Not a big deal but beginning of October evenings are cold, so passing through the balcony in the bath towel was chilly.

Very disappointing.

Comparing with the description - it’s a disaster. Half of the amenities which I have ordered where not included (no kitchen, electric stove and etc.) No warm welcoming on our honeymoon, no parking, I had to request wifi since host did not do it by himself. Never will come back to this place and do not recommend it to others for such a huge price.

We are very glad that we were able to spend time in this apartment. Marco is very nice and friendly. He is dedicated to his work! The apartment is very nice, clean, new, and well furnished. I think the location is also very good: the historical center, pedestrian streets nearby, good and inexpensive restaurants and cafes, not far from the lake. We will definitely return here next time!

I have no reason to complain about the services! All perfectly!

Die Lage ist in der Innenstadt

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Alle Flächen waren übergewischt aber trotzdem schmierig, die Fenster mit Schlieren. Wir fanden gelbe Bierflaschen Abdrücke auf den Nachttischen. Die Handtücher und das Bettlaken waren voller Flecken. Die Klobrille war nicht richtig angeschraubt und rutscht hin und her. Die Klopapier Halterung fällt auch fast von der Wand. Im Bad riecht es sehr muffig und es ist sehr Feucht. Es gibt nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang. Man muss im sitzen duschen, um das Bad nicht zu fluten. Zugang zum Bad ist über den Balkon. Die versprochenen Hygieneprodukte waren nicht da. Diese haben wir erst im gebrauchten Zustand vom Vermieter bekommen, nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten. In der Wohnung gibt es eine dünne verschlossene Zimmertür zur Nachbarwohnung. Hier hört man ständig die Nachbarn und das kann schnell stören. Das Bett ist total durchgelegen und man spürt jede Feder in der Matratze. Als wir die Wohnung betreten haben, hatten wir noch dreckiges Geschirr der Vormieter in der Spülmaschine vorgefunden. Als wir uns beschwert hatten, meinte der Vermieter, die Wohnung wäre kein Museum und es muss deshalb auch nicht dementspechend sauber sein und behauptete die meisten Flecken auch nicht sehen zu können.
