Really great place to stay location wise but a little thought and trouble would make it a gem.

The apartment has a lot of character and is in a beautiful old building and is excellently located with a beautiful view. The apartment was well equipped. I appreciated the samples for washing etc as I had just arrived from the US. Everything went smoothly and I enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is furnished with IKEA type furniture which is already showing its cheapness. Fridge door handle broken, the vanity is peeling and the table banged up. One of the drawers in the bedroom is jammed shut. Incidentally there is too much furniture in the bedroom, a chair would have been preferable to 3 wardrobes. Some second hand real furniture would be so much better and practical and would age well. The sofa could use some cushions to make it comfortable. The duvet is cheap and thin and the cover was ripped. Even the new sink was damaged. This could be a beautiful, characterful apartment with a little bit of trouble and very little expense.

All in all a good place to stay, though some improvements could be considered

Location is central, and having a parking included (though the place is really small) is great. The apartement is fairly spacious and relatively well equipped.

Staff was available only remotely and did not quite feel supportive for check in or tourist orientation. Cleaning was ok-ish but some room for improvement was there.

posizione ottima(il centro si raggiunge in neanche 10 min a piedi). parcheggio in loco tanta roba visto che a Riva del garda si combatte per trovarne di comodi . tutto il necessario per trascorrere due giorni di visite.

Carino e vicino al centro

Host molto disponibile. Appartamento carino. Posizione comodissima: il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Parcheggio gratuito!!

Migliorabile la pulizia. Il coprimaterasso del divano letto non mi sembrava tanto pulito 😞

Un'accoglienza inesistente neanche un sms per chiederci se fossimo riusciti ad entrare se fosse tutto ok visto ch'è stato tutto gestito via link e video tutorial fatti malissimo tra l'altro anche sulla raccolta delle chiavi. Infatti siamo stati per quasi 4 ore senza termosifoni né acqua calda. Dopo innumerevoli telefonate e email inviate senza successo ho dovuto chiamare il servizio assistenza di booking. Solo verso le 8.45 è arrivato un amico del proprietario che fortunatamente ha risolto il problema. Ma la cosa triste è che ci siamo veramente sentiti NON ACCOLTI e abbandonato a noi stessi come se fossimo un pacco depositato lì. Non credo che questo sia il modo corretto di gestire un alloggio e ovviamente non è il primo B&B che frequento Senza contare la trascuratezza e la scarsa pulizia della stanza. Ovviamente tutto testimoniato da foto.

Tutto ok... se devo dire qualcosa, cambiare il bollitore ed il porta cartaigienica un po arrugginito. Un po di attenzione ai dettagli. Ma lo consiglierei

Parkplatz eng und war besetzt. Keine Klimaanlage und feuchte Räume durch hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze.

Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i confort. Caldo, accogliente. Una cucinetta con tutto il necessario. Ottimi i dettagli. Lo staff è costato attento e bravissimi nello spiegare come arrivare, parcheggiare ed entrare in struttura. Consigliatissimo

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen natürlich gern wieder!

Wir waren spontan in Riva del Garda, (sind mehrmals jährlich dort), rein nach der Wetterkarte! Sonne pur war angesagt und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Haben uns diesmal, da auch keine große Auswahl in Strandnähe war, für diese sehr preisgünstige Ferienwohnung entschieden. Es ist ein größeres sehr altes Gemäuer, was ordentlich, zumindest teilsaniert ist. Man wohnt unter netten normalen italienischen Anwohnern. Es ist ruhig und ordentlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist in der ersten Etage und absolut top eingerichtet, extrem sauber, alles nagelneu und mit allem nötigen in der Küche! Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett mit einer sehr guten Matratze. Eine moderne Gasheizung arbeitet tadellos. Das Bad ist sauber und modern. Wir haben mit dem Verwalter perfekt per WhatsApp kommunizieren können und jede Anfrage wurde sofort und ausführlich beantwortet. Ein rundum schönes verlängertes Wochenende in einem der schönsten Städtchen am Gardasee!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!
