Great stay

Highly recommend this apparrment for those, who come to explore Garda by car. Calm, clean, modern and nett place with teracce, private parking and public free parking nearby. Fully equiped with every necessity. If to travel everywhere by car _ great, by foot_ quite away from old town. Thank you to the host for welcome present and garda guest cards. Host attention was feeling in every detail. Sure will come back in summer time again here.

Nice place

We rented a one bed room apartment with a balcony. The apartment had three beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. All five beds, including the bed sofa, where comfortable. The apartment matched the photos and description very well. Everything from the building, apartment interior, furniture to the garden looked fresh, clean, new and well kept. Recycling bins for trash on the backside of the property were kept clean by the host daily. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one could need for cooking. The entire apartment is airconditioned and when closing the metal sun shades it becomes completely dark. No disturbing noices during our stay. There is a church just across the street, the church bells did not chime night times when we where there. Outside the apartment, in the front garden there is two private parking lots. The access to the parking lots are controlled using a heavy duty motorized gate and opened with the same PIN code from the outside as the apartment. The host is very welcoming, helpful and available. Our stay was very pleasant and we will gladly return.

Fantastic Apartment – Highly Recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect 10 minutes to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the building was quiet and secure. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, ensuring any questions or needs were addressed promptly. Overall, I felt very at home here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay. I’ll definitely be back for future stays!

Сучасна, чиста і тепла квартира на 1-му поверсі 3-поверхового котеджу, є тераса. Всі зручності, техніка, посуд, мийні засоби є в помешканні. Дуже тихе місце. Паркінг у дворі. Шикарний вид на гори. До центру міста і пляжу хвилин 15-20 прогулянковим кроком. Неймовірно гарне місто Ріва дель Гарда, пляжі і озеро. В центрі багато ресторанчиків, супермаркети і магазини поруч. Господар Чезаре завжди на зв'язку, допомагав в усіх питаннях. Дякуємо за прекрасний відпочинок!

Il nostro soggiorno presso l'oasi degli Ulivi è stato molto piacevole.Il signor Cesare è stato molto cortese e disponibile, ci ha accolto con due calici e dell'ottimo vinoL'appartamento è molto grazioso e accogliente dotato di ogni comfort. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo appena saremo in zona.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderschönen modernen ruhigen Unterkunft für eine Familie!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel etwa 20 min zu Fuß außerhalb von der Altstadt Riva. Es gibt direkt am Grund einen abgesperrten Parkplatz und Ebikes können in der Garage sicher verwahrt und geladen werden. Der Garten um das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt Sitz- bzw Liegemöglichkeiten unter den schönen alten Olivenbäumen. Das Appartement befindet sich im EG, welches über ein paar Stufen zu erreichen ist. Die gesamte Wohnanlage, Garage, Gartentor und Haustüre ist mit einem Zahlencode zu öffnen, wodurch man keinen Schlüssel benötigt! Die Wohnung ist im gesamten sehr sauber, hell, groß und modern möbliert. Das Raumklima angenehm, Heizen bzw Kühlen ist möglich. Die Rollos an allen Fenstern und bei der großen Terrassen Hebeschiebetür sind elektrisch und dichten als geschlossener komplett ab. Die Küche ist ausreichend groß um warm zu kochen und alle wichtigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein aber sehr sauber mit guter Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit einer großen Matratze und ein zusätzliches Einzelbett. Die Matratzen hatten eine sehr angenehme Härte und wir konnten gut schlafen. Selbst auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer lässt es sich bequem schlafen. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein kleiner Fernseher, wo Amazon Prime usw vorhanden sind.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Wenn ich ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge machen darf: neben der Haustür ein paar zusätzliche Haken für Jacken, im Schlafzimmer vielleicht ein zweiter Kasten Oder Kommode mit Laden um mehr Kleidung verstauen zu können. Im Badezimmer wäre oberhalb der Waschmaschine ein Hängeschrank perfekt und Toiletteartikel abstellen zu können, bzw. das Waschpulver kindersicher zu verwahren, und noch ein paar zusätzliche Haken vielleicht an der Badezimmertüre um Badetücher aufzuhängen. In der Küche wäre Küchenrolle und Tabs für den Geschirrspüler fein!

Nagelneues Appartement mit privaten Parkplatz und kompletter Ausstattung. Alles Bestens ! Man fühlt sich eher wie in einer Zweitwohnung als im Hotel.

Liegt etwas abseits am Stadtrand von Riva.

Krásny moderný apartmán, priestranný.Takto dobre zariadenú kuchyňu som už dávno nevidela.Na pláži ste asi za 10 minút. Autom sme parkovali na pozemku,bolo chránené elektrickou bránou.Cezare nám dal Garda cards, víno, poskytol všetky potrebné informácie.Reaguje veľmi rýchlo 👍.Hneď by som sa vrátila ❤️🇮🇹 Grazie

Gloria a Garda

Хорошее расположение, 10-15 минут пешком до пляжа, супер в пешей доступности, есть большие гипермаркеты в соседнем Арко, всего 5-6 минут на машине. Апартаменты современные, в отличном состоянии, все чисто и аккуратно. На кухне есть все что надо. Спасибо хозяину Чезаре

Рядом колокольня, поэтому если кому то мешает, то важно знать. Нам особо не мешало.

Umiejscowienie budynku jest idealne do wypadów czy do sklepu spożywczego czy restauracji , naprzeciwko jest mały darmowy parking miejski, oczywiście na terenie apartamentu też jest parking na dwa auta. Ładna łazienka wygodne łóżko, sprzęt w kuchni jak w domu, jeżeli będę kiedyś nad Gardą to napewno zarezerwuje jeszcze raz w tym miejscu Pozdrawiam

Csodálatos apartman Riva del Gardában

Csodás napokat töltöttünk a Családommal (2 felnőtt+4 gyerek) június elején Riva del Gardában, Cesare lakásában. A be- és kijelentkezés gördülékenyen ment, a kommunikáció a házigazdával kiváló volt. Gyönyörű, jól felszerelt apartman, nyugodt, békés környezetben, csodaszép, gondozott kerttel, ámde nem messze a parttól (gyalog 10-15 perces sétára, kerékpárral 5 percre). Környéken szupermarketek, játszótér, foci- és kosárpálya, és rengeteg kirándulási lehetőség. ☺️ A lakás mindennel felszerelt, mindenhol extra tisztaság, a központi hűtési rendszer kiválóan működött, nekünk már túlságosan is 😝 (picit feljebb kellett tolni a hőmérsékletet, mert fáztunk🥹). A konyha akár mindennapi főzésre is tökéletesen alkalmas, mindennel is felszerelt. Fürdőszobában mosógép, mosószer, ruhaszárító állvány, hajszárító, szappan és külön köszönet a ruháskosárért na meg a csipeszekért, mert bár sok tulajdonos nyújt mosási lehetőséget, azzal nem számolnak, hogy a kimosott ruhákat valamibe ki is kellene venni, illetve szeles idő esetén a ruhaszárítóra rögzíteni, itt minden megvolt, 5*!!!😍 Egyetlen dolog, ami hiányzott, az a zuhanyzóba egy kis polc, amire a tusfürdőt, sampont lehetett volna tenni, na meg talán egy kis akasztó a mosdónál a kéztörlőnek, de ezt leszámítva minden tökéletes volt! ☺️ Udvarban 2 gépkocsi számára biztosít Cesare beállót, de az ingatlannal szemben is van egy nagy, ingyenes parkoló (magasságkorlátozással!). Na és itt is külön köszönet és ezer hála a zárható garázsért, ahol a kerékpárjainkat tárolhattuk. 🙏🥰 Cesare Garda Guest Card-ot is biztosított a lakáshoz, amivel ingyenesen, vagy kedvezménnyel látogatható a környéken több látványosság/program is. Mi a Bastione Elevator-t próbáltuk ki Riva központjában, gyönyörű onnan a kilátás a tóra és a városra egyaránt! Jó szívvel ajánlom Mindenkinek Cesare lakását! ☺️

Wspaniały 🥰

W apartamencie czułam się jak w domu. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy do mieszkania znajdują się w apartamencie. Cisza, spokój, i idealna temperatura ustawiona mieszkaniu. Do sklepu było naprawdę bardzo blisko gdzie można było również kupić niezbędne rzeczy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, czułam się bardzo zaopiekowania. Może i apartament znajduje się daleko od centrum, ale dla mnie to było nie bywałem plusem, można było naprawdę super wypocząć. W przyszłości na pewno powrócę.

Schöner Bike Urlaub

Der Self Check In ging reibungslos, die Autos konnten wir im Innenhof parken der versperrbar war. Auch unsere Bikes konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen und aufladen. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit, sowohl im Appartement als auch im Außenbereich. Mit dem Gastgeber konnte man via Whats App kommunizieren bzw. war er erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Ins Zentrum brauchte man nur wenige min. zu Fuß.

Grundsätzlich gibt es nichts Negatives, man könnte jedoch das Appartement etwas "wohnlicher"gestalten, da es doch sehr steril wirkt. Ein paar Bilder, ein paar Teppiche, bisschen Deko oder Farbklekse an der Wand würde schon viel bewirken. Da sich gleich neben dem Appartement eine Kirche befindet, muss man sich darauf einstellen, vom Glockenläuten geweckt zu werden- aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts😉

Отличные семейные апартаменты недалеко от центра города и пляжа.

Отличная квартира, идеальная чистота. Новый стильный ремонт, хорошо оборудованная кухня, есть все необходимое, приветственная бутылка вина от хозяина. Есть возможность парковки за воротами, но рядом свободная парковка общественная. Хозяин был на связи, по всем вопросам отвечал быстро. Сами апартаменты расположены в пяти минутах ходьбы от большого продуктового магазина, до центра города минут 10 ходьбы. Мне очень понравилось, сохраню это место для следующего раза.

Единственное наверно, что можно было улучшить- повесить где-то зеркало в полный рост.

Appartamento nuovo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, la comodità del parcheggio gratuito, la cortesia del proprietario.

La vista non è particolarmente gradevole, un parcheggio e un capannone industriale. Le vetrate dell’affaccio principale dell’alloggio, che sono quelle della sala, danno sul giardino ma la strada è vicinissima.Dall’esterno probabilmente non si vede l’interno, ma per chi è nell’alloggio la sensazione è quella di essere un po’ in un acquario pubblico, perché non ci sono tende o altre schermature.
