Lovely property and kind host

Francesca welcomed us in person and showed us around. Everything we needed to know was explained. The property has private gated parking, in case you have a car. It's only about a 5 min drive from the centre and the lake, or a 20 min walk. Shops and restaurants are not far. The beds are large and comfortable. Francesca made every effort to accommodate our young children. Offering a cot, safety barrier for the bed and some toys in the apartment. There is an iron available and a TV with all the streaming apps. The photos are all accurate, the properly is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. And whichever room you are in, the views are amazing.

Nothing, it's a lovely property and we'd highly recommend staying here over a local hotel.

A great place to stay

A spacious and light apartment with a very nice balcony. Clean, well furnished and with all the necessary equipped. The balcony is great to watch sunsets in winter.

The soundproofing is almost as bad as it gets. But to be fair it's the case for most of the apartments in Italy.

Very good location. The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and exude freshness. I place great emphasis on the kindness and accessibility of the owner to be available at all times. I definitely strongly recommend that you book this apartment for your stay in Riva del Garda.

Beautiful, very clean and comfortable flat in the best town of Garda if you are looking for active vacation with picturesque surroundings. The host extremely responsive and helpful.

Modern apartment, helpful host

The apartment is very modern, neat and has a lot of space. The different airconditionings keep the apartment cool when it’s hot outside. Beautiful view on the mountains and just a short walk to the beach (10-15 mins).

Superb

Very quiet and tranquil location within walking distance from old town. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby along with a couple of supermarkets. The apartment is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated in Scandinavian style. Kitchen has enough supplies you can easily cook your own food, even for a bigger group. Free parking is available in the courtyard and we were also offered two bicycles to use during our stay, for free! Cinzia went beyond her way in helping me and my family make feel at home. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and I can recommend the place for pretty much anyone!

Tutto perfetto

Casa in zona tranquillissima a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio riservato all'interno del cancello, apribile con telecomando fornito insieme alle chiavi. La titolare è una persona molto gentile e discreta. Appartamento molto molto pulito e fornito di ogni comodità. C'era un kit completo di asciugamani (3 pz) per ogni ospite. Arredato con gusto in stile moderno. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, molto luminoso e completo di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla, fuori dal caos di Riva. Francesca è un host precisa, disponibile e puntuale. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare

Ich bzw. wir kommen wieder, definitiv.

Super war, dass die Gastgeber arbeitsbedingt keine Zeit hatten und die Mama ist unkompliziert und super schnell eingesprungen. Auch unser großes Auto fand schnell einen Parkplatz.

Es war einfach nur super. 10 min Fußweg zur City, Bushaltestelle vorm Haus.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend und einer Ferienwohnung zum wohlfühlen.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie sie beschrieben war und was die Bilder gezeigt und versprochen haben. Das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt und waren mehr als begeistert als uns die Vermieterin Francesca die Wohnung gezeigt hat. Von der Buchung bis zum Abschluss hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, Francesca ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, sie hat sich immer zeitnah gemeldet und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Klasse waren auch die zwei Balkone. Einer am Schlafzimmer, da haben wir immer unsere Wäsche getrocknet ,und der zweite am Wohn/Essbereich, perfekt für ein gemütliches zusammen sitzen am Abend. Die Möglichkeit der Benutzung der vorhandenen Fahrräder fanden wir super, auch wenn wir sie selber nicht genutzt haben. Bis runter zum See sind es ca. 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß, aber gut zu schaffen. Alles zusammen war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. È stata una vacanza meravigliosa. Grazie Francesca.💚🤍❤️

Appartamento grandissimo pulito e molto luminoso, posizione comodissima, a 5/10 minuti dal.centro e con fermata del bus sottocasa. Cantinetta privata per mettere le bici chiuse a chiave.

Przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, bardzo uprzejma właścicielka. Lokalizacja trochę na uboczu, ale dokładnie tego chcieliśmy.
