The property is great with a nice pool, easy trail access and direct beach entry from the free parking lot.

The property is definitely worth it. It has a nice swimming pool and direct access to the trail from the parking lot. Getting there by foot isn’t a problem—many families do it regularly. The biggest advantage is the direct beach access from the free parking lot at the bottom of the location.

Just perfect.

The location was just perfect - very close to the city but above the city line, which offered a breathtaking view of the city and the mountains. The room was spacious and just perfect for a family of four. The host was super-nice and always eager to help. The pool was just the right size and there was plenty of shade which is perfect for the kids. The property was well-maintained and the room was modern-looking. Awesome stay, we’ll definitely return.

Easy access for both Riva and Torbole both of which were fab!

Great view, very clean, basic but had everything we needed. Very good to have secure bike storage. Friendly staff.

Location is up a steep hill which was absolutely fine for us but won’t appeal to everyone without a car.

A great location if you don’t mind the twisty road.

The view from the balcony of Lake Garda and the town is amazing. It’s a twisty drive up but well worth it.

The kitchen could use a refresh and some basics (coffee, tea, extra toilet paper) could be provided.

Good stay

The residence is on a hill which provided us with possibly one the most beautiful views in Riva. The place is very clean and somehow modern. The residence has a big swimming pool and some lounge chairs which you can use to relax and soak in the beauty of Riva. The hotel has access to the Monte Brione tracking - which allowed us to have a lovely track up and enjoy stunning views. Regarding comfort of the place - the bed and pillow were quite uncomfortable for my liking. The place is self catering and they provided with the basics for the first two days (toilet paper, hand wash and soap wash), nice touch. The kitchen provided, you can find some plates, cups and pots for cooking. However, wine glasses are not available and you have to request at the reception. If you need new towels is possible to get new ones for 2 euros. Overall is a very good place with stunning views.

Good place for active holiday

Good location, hiking and MTB trails are near. First floor has locked garage for bikes/maintenance and accessories. Nice view to a lake. We had an apartment in the 4th floor and view from the balcony was directly to the lake. It looks that all the apartments were faced to the lake and lake views are nice also from them. Short walk to the beach. You can choose walk by road or mountain scenery trail beside the lake. Trail begin directly from the corner of parking place. Swimming pool area is tidy and pool was clean. Good and spacious parking place. Very well maintained place. Suits to an active family.

Grosery store is a little bit further, need probably a car when go to the store and back. Microwave oven took almost all the space from the kitchen. We didn't found it very useful. Air fryer could be good alternative for cooking? Some apartment does not have air conditioning, could be issue if weather is really hot. We didn't have air conditioning, weather was between 20-30°C and it was ok.

you have to pay for towels… that’s ridiculous. we went to a near supermarket and purchased a pair the breakfast is expensive, so better you the stove that you get with the room and look yourselth something.

Beautiful lake view

The view is amazing from the balcony, the rooms were spacious for 2 people. The kitchen is well equiped (some of the dishes were quite used). The staff were extremely friendly, they waited for us, even though we arrived late at night. I would love to come back again.

We found ants in the kitchen (3rd floor), carpet could have been cleaner, old dishes.

Great place for a rest and daily trips around the lake - everything within arms reach!

Beautiful, breathtaking location with amazing view. Very close to city center, with great path along the cliff with the view on the whole lake. Shops and restaurants in very close proximity. Great and very helpful, friendly staff. There was also a pool, near the trees, so we almost felt like on the edge of the forest. Truly beautiful spot!

I believe we were very late with our reservation and got the last available room. It was kind of dark, and without the proper wifi reception - this was however refunded by the staff. If you make a reservation earlier, you will probably get a much better view from your room, with balcony or even small garden.

The location is nice - Residence marina situated on a heel and we had a really picturesque view from our balcony. All attractions are at walking distance. There is a swimming pool at the property, so for lazy bones there is no need to go down to a lake:)

1. No towels in the room and you need to rent them separately, if you wish. I'm travelling quite a lot and stayed in a lot of apartments but never met such conditions in my life. 2. No special conditions for separation of waste. We were given 2 plastic bags for general waste and Bio. But what about bags or separate containers (at least small ones)) in the room for plastic bottles/cans, glass and paper? 3. Isolation in the hotel is poor. There is an impression that you take a shower and go to the toilet with all your neighbors around. And especially it irritates in the midnight, when you sleep. 4. Condition of cooking hob leaves much to be desired. Hangers in wardrobe look like they were collected from nearest shops, some of them were with price labels :))))) 5. Summarizing all above mentioned I should say that you pay more than you receive.

thanks to the hotel's location you will get a great view. In July it was still quiet and the children were often alone in the pool. From the hotel you can walk through the gate to the top of the hill and also very easy to the beach. For me, the most important thing was the central location in the valley with a beautiful view.
