Új építésű apartman 3. emeleten található, alagsorban saját parkoló, lift van. Légkondicionált lakás, nagy terasszal. Az ágy 160 cm széles, kényelmes topperrel ellátott. A konyha jól felszerelt. Piritó nincs.
A kanapé kényelmetlen. Az android tv nem használható streamre.

Top Lage, hervorragende Abstellmöglichkeit des KFZ in der Tiefgaragen Parkbox inklusive Abstellraum und Auflademöglichkeit für Ebikes, Sehr gute Zugänglichkeit der Wohnung über Lift, großer Sicherheitsfaktor (versperrbare Einfahrt/ Gartentor/ Eingangstür), Sehr geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche, großzügiges Bad, große Terrasse,
Leider absolut keine Beschattung auf der großen Terrasse, frühstücken/ Mittagessen in praller Sonne unmöglich und auch seitens der Vermittlungsfirma war es nicht möglich innerhalb einer Woche einen Sonnenschirm bereitzustellen!! Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem aber leider zu klein, die ausziehbare Couch ist zum Schlafen ungeeignet!! Teilweise war es im Wohnzimmer nicht möglich eine Wandbeleuchtung abzuschalten (links neben der Terrassentür) Nur 2 Rollen WC Papier für eine ganze für 3 Personen zu wenig!!
