The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. A locked storage room for bicycles is available free of charge.

Riva del Garda. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Ideal location for bike tours. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.
