It is necessary that, by the day of entering the flat, copies of the valid identity documents of all persons present in the flat are sent to the host's address, for the obligatory police report.
Please do not leave small children unsupervised in the bathroom and kitchen. At the end of your stay please leave the keys to the flat in the safe-box where you found them on arrival
Visitor's tax must be paid on the spot. In case of a stay with more than one pet a surcharge will be charged
There is a ceiling fan in the rooms and mobile fans in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes and an induction hob. Appliances are available: refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and minipimer. Other equipment: satellite television, clothes rack, wardrobe and chest of drawers, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. A high chair for children is available on request. At the back of the house there is a brick barbecue for grilling.

Each flat has its own waste bins in different colours according to the waste they are to contain. The description of the waste is also on the lid of each container. It is necessary to place a clean plastic bag in each container before throwing the waste away to prevent it from becoming dirty and producing unpleasant odours. Undifferentiated waste will be collected by the guest in a single plastic bag to be placed next to the other containers on the day of departure.All waste sorted by guests will be collected at the end of the stay by the host
