Fabulous location and very clean

The apartment was comfortabile, clean and there was everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host Andrea was very welcoming, responded promptly and helped us in everything we needed.

Spacious appartment. Amazing location. Nice and quiet although in the middle of the centre. AC was great and quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here!! :D

Everything was perfect. Andreas is such a good host, location is perfect, very clean, air condition, parking in 200m. A little bit tight in the garage. We recommended the appartment!

This apartmant has excelent location, in heart of historic center city, there was clear, with good atmosfere, we have also bikes and near by residence was storage for them. The owner of apartmant was very accommodating and helpful.

Perfect holiday

Everthing was just perfect. Accomodation is comfortable with a lot of space and cosy, just few steps away from the city center. The owner was very kind and helpfull. He arranged for us the parking space for two cars, which was not easy. We’ve enjoyed our stay a lot. So thanks again, Andrea! :-)

Gentilezza del proprietario, sempre disponibile. Struttura pulitissima e in pieno centro (zona ZTL). Il parcheggio è disponibile a 10€ al giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Schöne sehr saubere Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage.

Der Wohnbereich war für 4 Personen etwas eng ( Zweisitzersofa), Die Küche könnte noch etwas mehr Geschirr vertragen. Die Kaffeemaschine (Espressokocher)ist für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas dürftig.

A szállás központi helyen van, teljesen felszerelt, a parkolás megoldható. Remek szállás máskor is ezt választjuk ha megyünk. A szállásadó kedves és segítőkész, mindenkinek ajánlom.

Tolle Lage im Herzen der Altstadt

Wir hatten die oberste Wohnung. Seht toll, ein schöner offener Dachstuhl, alles recht neu, gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist genial, einerseits ruhig, aber dennoch mitten im Geschehen der lebendigen Altstadt.

Man muss das Gepäck ein Stück weit tragen da man nicht mit dem Auto in die Altstadt darf. Kein echter Mangel, aber man sollte es beim packen berücksichtigen Die Küche ist nur mittelmäßig ausgestattet, wer ernsthaft kochen will findet z.B. Kein wirklich gutes Messer. War für uns kein Problem da es im Umkreis jede Menge guter Restaurants gibt

Fijn appartement middenin het centrum van Riva

Mooi en modern appartement, middenin het centrum. Binnen 1 minuut sta je op het gezellige plein bij het meer. Appartement was schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien, gelegen op de 3e verdieping (geen lift). Fijn contact met de verhuurder via whatsapp. Ook had hij een parkeerplaats in de garage gereserveerd voor onze auto. Hij kwam ons ophalen bij de parkeergarage en we zijn gezamenlijk naar het appartement gelopen (4 minuten lopen). Erg fijn en onderweg gaf hij ons nog wat tips over waar je lekker kan eten en wat leuke dingen zijn om te doen.

Het appartement is wel een beetje gehorig.

Lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu, udogodnienia, obsługa, pomoc i wsparcie właściciela- wszystko na 5 plus! Idealny dla rodzin z 2 dzieci (osobna sypialnia i dwa osobne łóżka). Kuchnia wyposażona w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. 2min do jeziora. W otoczeniu najlepsze restauracje i lodziarnie. Trudno o lepszą lokalizację. Klimatyzacja oraz pralka. Mam nadzieję że wrócimy

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis in zentraler Lage.

Die zentrale Lage ist phantastisch.

Bedingt durch die Lage, Nachts bis 23:00 Uhr laut. Danach ruhig. Im Schlafzimmer sollten an die Fenster lichtdichte Vorhänge angebracht werden. Mir war es zu hell in der Nacht.

Großartig - super zentral, extrem sauber und freundlicher Host!

Es war alles großartig! Der Host ist extrem lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Eine späte Anreise hat er persönlich möglich gemacht und ist spät zum Apartment gekommen und hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Ferienwohnung war extrem sauber, so habe ich das noch nie erlebt! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist top - direkt in Riva!

Lediglich kleine Sachen in der Küchenausstattung hätte unsere Reise noch besser gemacht — scharfe Kochmesser, kleine Schüsseln, eventuell eine Auflaufform & Basics wie Öl, Salz, Backpapier o.ä.

Se devo proprio considerare qualcosa, secondo me, i cuscini sono da cambiare (troppo bassi), ma questo dipende da ogni gusto
