We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the apartment. It is beautifully decorated, with new and modern furniture, and everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The whole place feels fresh, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We also loved the keyless entry with a code – so convenient, as there was no need to carry keys around.
The only thing we missed was air conditioning, but we stayed during exceptionally hot weather, with temperatures reaching around 38°C. There are fans in the apartment, but during the hottest days, especially on our last night, it was still quite warm.
One small practical detail worth mentioning is that the washing machine is located in a shared area. One wash is included, while additional washes on the same day are charged. This wasn’t an issue for us at all, but it might be useful to know for guests who plan to do laundry more frequently.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Riva.
Parkplatzsituation. Teilweise lautes stampfen der Nachbarn eine Etage drüber.
