The host was very responsive, and all the information we received was timely and accurate. The apartment was exactly as described, but the true sense of warmth and homeliness you feel upon entering is simply beyond words. He helped us with great tips on what to see, where to find shops, and other important spots around town and of course important tourist spots around the lake. Although the apartment is located right in the center, the garage was surprisingly close—just a few minutes walk away. The host was even kind enough to help us carry our bags from the garage to the apartment upon arrival. In a time when everything is becoming more digital and you often have little or no personal contact with your host, it was truly refreshing and heartwarming to experience such genuine hospitality. Great place centrally located in downtown Riva

Great apartment so close to main area in Riva- you can walk all around downtown. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. AC in all rooms for the summer. We were able to wash our clothes and hang them to dry which was so helpful with packing in smaller bags! You walk a little bit from where you park the car so smaller bags are key! Matteo was so helpful the whole time before and during the visit. I would 100% rent this apartment again!

A beautiful little apartment, in a great location, and highly recommended!!

This was a wonderful base to explore Riva del Garda. Matteo was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us park our car and carry our bags to the apartment, which was only 5 minutes walk away, in the pedestrian zone. He showed us a map of the area, and suggested lots of local restaurants and supermarkets, which was very helpful. The apartment was lovely - very cute and clean and it had everything we needed. And most importantly, it had very comfortable beds. We didn't notice any noise from the restaurants below, and we were literally 2 minutes walk from the water. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place & appartment to feel both vacation mood and Riva climate for a Family

Fabulous location in Riva very central [50 metres] to Main Square in an Old Town neighborhood and at a cosy street. Very clean and tidy flat with nice amenities. Matteo is a great host that stays nearby in his shop. He is very reponsive, ready to help and answers all the questions if required. Appartment perfect for a family with children with air conditioning in every room and good cutlery/dishes provided for cooking. Parking/Garage provided nearby just outside city walls. Espresso machine and soda streamer with tap water provided [very good for hot weather] Every day option to walk, run, cycle [had cycles] and sightsee around Riva, Torbole and other Lake Garda cities. Very lively sorrounding with festivals, concerts and markets every day a week during Summer. Would recommend among Riva locations to stay for longer and probably will come back.

We absolutely loved this well appointed apartment beautifully situated in the historical center!

This property is located right in the historical city center in a beautiful location. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. The host has provided us with all we needed and more including secure free parking for our car and tips on the local grocery stores, restaurants and places to visit. We absolutely loved our stay at this location in Riva!

Since the apartment is located right in the city center, there was a bit of noise outside due to the proximity of local musical entertainment but the windows in the apartment had noise protection so when we closed the windows the noise was significantly decreased.

Apartment in the center of Riva del Garda

First of all, we are delighted with the location, literally 50m from the main square and the lake. The apartment has two rooms, extremely well equipped and designed. Spacious bathroom, and everything is extremely clean and tidy. Matteo is the perfect host, always available and at your service. He advised us down to the smallest detail, such as which restaurant and pizzeria to visit, where the best supermarket is, and even where to find the perfect autochthonous gifts for loved ones. A very nice trip from which we took only positive impressions and memories.

The only complaint is the small (which is less important) and uncomfortable sofa in the living room. This part may be important for parents with children who like to spend time in the living room, with board games and with the TV.

We loved everything about the apartment and the location. Matteo is such a wonderful and responsive host. He keeps great communication with you and ensures that his guests are well set. The apartment is generous in size, very comfortable and has everything you would need or want. It is centrally located on a beautiful street. If ever I am back in Riva del Garda, I would not want to stay any place else!

Winter days in Lake Garda

We loved the appartment! The location right in the old city of Riva del Garda and 1 m from the harbour. The appartment had all that we needed and It seems new. It's well preserved and decorated. The rooms are very confortable. The kitchen had all appliances that we needed. Matteo was excelent and gave us a lot of recomendations, where to eat, what to vist and was always available. We will return one day for sure... ;-)

The apartment was exellent!! It’s clean with comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Wi-Fi and aircon work without any problems. We chose this apartments because it was central and had the super, top rating in booking.com and it really is true. The host is friendly, helpful and easy to contact. We will definitely return to Riva and this apartment.

Modern and clean apartment in Riva center.

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment in the middle of Riva city centre. Even has a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, toiletries in the bathroom, TV with Netflix and an Alexa machine that can play music. The owner was very kind and helpful, he also surprised us with a pie and milk in the fridge. We had a safe parking space in a garage two minutes from the apartment. Definitely coming back here.

BRILLIANT. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location. Helpful and kind host, Matteo. All the amenities, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, freezer, fridge, washer, TV, Air-con etc. The bathroom is perfect, I was sad to leave the shower behind. Really a great apartment that was perfect for exploring and activities. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Comprehensive welcome booklet with tips on where to eat and shop. Tourist guides are in a small box so if you are like us and didn’t do much planning you can figure out what you want to do as soon as you arrive without having to leave the apartment! I can recommend nearby kayaking, canyoning and E-Bike activities, there was so much to do. We stayed for 4 days and could have easily spent much longer. Matteo the was responsive on WhatsApp and easily contacted at his shop just 30 metres from the apartment. We also ended up buying a leather bag from his shop after looking for one unsuccessfully in Venice! Again, there are so many positives to say about the apartment it was difficult to fault at all.

Honestly there wasn’t much that could have been better. It was exactly what we were looking for and more! If we had to pick something we’d say that the induction hobs in the kitchen were a little slow at heating up but this really was not an issue at all.

Wonferful, very clean and centrally located apatment with lots of restaurants and shops around. Everything in the appartment was perfect and very clean. Washing mashine, air conditioning in all the rooms and a dishwasher were a huge bonus. We had absolutely all we needed and even more (Nespresso capsules, coffee, sugar, tee, water etc). In addition parking space was just couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Matteo is a wonderful and very friendly host. Dear Matteo, thank you so much! We would definitely like to come back.

Un piccolo gioiello a Riva del Garda

Appartamento nuovo situato in centro, fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Pulizia e cura degli ambienti ottima. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Matteo, persona gentilissima che ci ha mostrato tutti gli ambienti di casa, i servizi e, durante la nostra permanenza, è sempre stato disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta fornendoci anche la card per poter accedere a moltissimi servizi gratuitamente in città. Ottima la presenza del garage privato a pochi metri dall' abitazione così da poter parcheggiare l'auto e riporre eventuali oggetti. Una bellissima esperienza da ripetere in futuro.

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il dover andare via a fine vacanza.

Fantastiskt läge i gamla delen av staden. Fräsch lägenhet med allt man behöver för att få en bra upplevelse Välstädat Sköna sängar, bra kaffemaskin Värden, Matteo svarade på allt och lite till. Hjälpte oss med saker som sevärdheter och bära väskor. Helt fantastisk!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Februar

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Februar am Gardasee verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt (Fußgängerzone) gelegen, unweit des Gardasees und vielen ausgezeichenten Restaurants. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns an der Wohnung die umfangreiche Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, die Qualität der Matratzen im Schlafzimmer und die Geräumigkeit im Bad. Sehr nett wurden wir von Matteo an der Garage, wo man das Auto abparken kann, empfangen. Diese ist nur ca. 5 min. von der Wohnung entfernt. Matteo hat uns gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt mitgegeben und beantwortet Fragen gerne. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
