Great choice in the heart of Riva with free parking

The perfect location with step-by-step self check-in guide from the owner how to get to the property, where to park, where to pick up the parking card, etc. Lots of local tips from owner for the trips, restaurants, bars,... The location is just perfect, only few steps from the main square, lots of possibilities for eating, drinks, starting point of the trips (boats - port is just around the corner, bike rental and many other water sports available just few steps). The kitchen was fully equipped, comfy sofa, TV with Netflix, elevator in the building (what is a plus as the apartment is on the 4th floor). It was a really clean apartment. We paid 10€/day for the dog.

The bed :( You could feel every move of the other person sleeping next to you, so after 3rd night it really started to be uncomfortable and I felt sleepless when waking up.

Apartaments in the part of old town, a lot of restaurants, places of interest near by, very kind host, 10 points for her, easy self check in with fotos, terasa where is nice to sit… A free place for a car it’s a bonus.

uncomfortable bed/sofa in the kitchen. If you have a lot of luggages it’s quite difficult to bring them from parking spot because all parking spaces near are always busy (we had recomendation to leave a car near the tower and take luggages,but it was always full.)

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the city center, very clean and well maintained. Elisa was nice and available for us for everything.

During check-out, it is necessary to leave the apartment clean (legitimate) and remove all the garbage. As a family that stayed with several small children and since the garbage that you can turn to is not that close, this created some reluctance for us and was less comfortable.

Good location (and a great gelataria nearby from where we went to get ice cream to the apartment every evening :)). A very clean apartment. The baby cot was good. The owners were very helpful.

The AC was quite loud and not powerful enough to cool also the bedroom. There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom.

All good, but not worth it if you travel by car and have heavy bags

The apartment is spacious and looks modern. The building is equipped with elevator. The location is very central (which is both advantage and also disadvantage). It has a good size bathroom with separate shampoo and shower gel dispensers which is nice. Also the cookies left as a present is a nice touch. It is very good that the hotel has free parking, although the logistics are somewhat complex to use it during check-in and check-out. Hosts have good English and can communicate easily. I would normally have given this apartment a solid 9, if not for several serious problems which had me to deduce 2 points.

The information about property having air-conditioning was false. We were told that this is cold season (room temperature was ~25.5 which is not great for sleeping) and we should open windows instead. We were also offered that air conditioning is brought to us on the second day of our stay, I decide it was not worth the bother. Opening of windows, however, did not work well, because of food-preparation aromas and at 4:00 in the night there were people loudly talking (both days of our stay) and smoke aroma also entered windows. This experience decreased our level of comfort greatly. Second problem is in the instructions provided by the host and in the logistics in general. The hotel is in a no-cars zone, so the official check-in steps are: 1) Park car temporarily in public parking (which is totally full and there were no spaces in the recommended areas, so we had to park far far away) 2) Then bring bags all the way through no-car zone to apartment (this is a disaster experience if you park far away), check in and only then get parking card 3) Only then bring car to the actual long-term parking Next time I would rather choose a hotel some 5 min off center but with normal check-in and check-out, it is simply not worth to suffer these complex logistics issues. If you choose this hotel, do it like this: 1) Send one traveller to do the check in while the other one parks illegally and watches our for police 2) When the other traveller checks in and gets the parking card, unload bags on the street and leave your partner with the bags 3) Park the car, get back to the bags and then bring bags to the apartment so you can manage, but it is not easy or straight forward.

Cosy apartment in the heart of Riva

Great location close to restaurants and sailing club. Very pleased to have a parking space. Excellent communication and any problems sorted very quickly.

There was no dishwasher (despite it being listed as having one). You can only reach it on foot, making drop-off and check-out difficult with baggage. Unusual position of kettle/toaster on table (no sockets on kitchen worktops).

everything was perfect for us,top location for exploring and hiking in the northern part(tenno,ledro,pregasina), supermarket 3 mins qalking distance,bakery,gelateria... 3 mins walking distance for the free parking, good WiFi

Great Location

Great location, right in the centre of Riva. Clean and well-presented apartment. Large outdoor terrace was a bonus. Parking was safe and secure and walkable from the apartment. Host stayed in touch via WhatsApp with us. The apartment was smaller than we expected and we didn't have enough beds, even though the ad on Booking.com said there should be.

The advert had said there was a futon in the bedroom - there wasn't, so my youngest daughter had to sleep on the floor :(

Deluxe Apt. is perfect for couples, incredible location!

The owners are one of a kind. I asked for a little birthday decoration, since this was meant as a birthday present for my SO. They prepared balloons in her favorite colors, a BDay card and a bottle of very good vine! Also answered every question we had within little time. The apartment(Deluxe apartment, Fiume 16) was absolutely clean and had an incredible location. We fell in love, the second we arrived. It is right in the heart of the historic centre. We could reach the sea, the bars, the day & nightlife within a few footsteps. Our dog was welcome & secured private parking within ~200meter was also very very nice! We really enjoyed it overall. 10/10 experience. Will come back in future! Thank you ❤️

Not your money worth

Great location in old town. Great they offered free parking in a parking house 4-500 meters away. Although we did not use as we found free parking right outside old town 100 meters away from our apartment and it is closer than the parking house. Great restaurants and supermarkets close by. The terrasse is the nice to have when the apartment for 4, i.e. 2 adults and 2 teenager is too small. Fully equipped to details. If only the owner have invested to make this apartment modern and new decorated, it will be so so nice, then We would think it is worth the price.

Apartment is old and smells a bit as it is a old town building. It looks way smaller than the pictures show. It should have alerted me as the pictures are not high definition. In real life the facility is old and used. The bathroom is very old. I would never have booked it as it is not as airy, spacy and modern in regards to Riva town itself. The bed is bad as both my wife and me have back aches. The outdoor pictures are not the views right outside the apartment, they are just pictures of the town, nothing to do with the apartment. That is misleading.

Very clean,they have games and toys for kids,also a baby chair and netflix. Only a few minutes walk from the center,realy quiet at night. Will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Beautiful apartment with a large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, right in the center of the old town. A huge advantage is a parking space in a multi-storey garage. Extremely nice and obliging hostess :)

Absolutely perfect

Everything was very well organized, the house cannot be more central :-) and you have everything you need for a long vacantion. We will definitely return here, the hosts were great as well.

It is really a minor minus: for a long stay a washing machine can become handy!

Great location Amazing value Best dining options in the area Very clean Lots of discounts cards and attentive (digital) host. All in all highly recommended.

All was great so only very minor improvement notes: Minor: Bedroom only has a portable fan and does not have air-conditioning. Only the living room does. Minor minor: Showerhead sags when used in maximum height so is not ideal for tall people. Minor minor (might be personal): the bed does not have a headboard so pillows tend fall off when sleeping.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, auch das einchecken klappt prima und problemlos! Die Terrasse der Unterkunft ist großzügig und das Appartement ist für eine dreiköpfige Familie perfekt geeignet! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen! Das Appartement war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet!

Mit Kind ist der Transport des Gepäcks etwas umständlich, da man nicht direkt an der Unterkunft parken kann! Man kann das Auto eben in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe für 10€/Tag parken, was grundsätzlich auch passt. Leider war die Matratze des Bettes für mein Empfinden schon sehr weich!

Jauki nakvynė pačiame senamiestyje.

Labai gera vieta, arti uosto, beveik prie pat vandens. Butas buvo antrame aukšte, kadangi keliavome su 3 m. vaiku, vėžimėlį palikome laiptinėje saugiai. Bute radome viską ko gali reikėti. Naudojomės jų mokamu parkingu už 8 eurus dienai. Galima buvo naudotis terasa, tačiau norėjosi kad ji būtų švaresnė.

Mes poilsiavome birželio mėn kada buvo labai karšta. Bute nėra kondicionieriaus, buvo tik paprasti ventiliatoriai, buvo labai tvanku ir sunku miegoti. Bute vyravo nemalonus tvankumo/drėgmės/užsistovėjusio oro kvapas. Dvigulė lova miegamajame buvo patogi, tačiau sofa/lova svetainėje buvo išlankstoma, girgždanti ir beprotiškai nepatogi. Skalbimo mašina buvo galima naudotis, buvo paliktas nes skalbimo skystis, tačiau jai reikia valymo, nes nuo jos sklido blogas kvapas ir buvo pelėsio ant gumos. Kai rezervavau butą, aprašyme nemačiau, kad reikės pačiai išsinešti šiukšles iki specialių rūšiavimo konteinerių, nes kitaip reikės mokėti 30 eurų baudą. Tad man asmeniškai tai yra didelis minusas, turint omeny, kad kaina už naktį nėra labai pigi ir plius nesinori nešioti šiukšlių kai atvažiuoji ilsėtis.

Posizione centralissima in area centro storico pedonale. Appartamento nuovissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli con tutti il necessario e anche di più. Parcheggio compreso in un garage poco distante.

Nulla, devo dire tutto perfetto. Forse potrebbe essere utile specificare che c'è l'ascensore dopo una piccola rampa di scale. Io non avevo capito e mi ero un po' preoccupata dei quattro piani a piedi coi bagagli.

Sehr schön in perfekter Lage

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus ist sehr gut. Check-In war extrem unkompliziert.

Durch die Lage sehr laut bis Mitternacht, auch die Fensterläden bringen wenig. Ein wenig umständlich die Parkkarte nach dem Ausfahren wieder in die Wohnung zu bringen.
