The property was very central, and very easy to access. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the care the management took in our interactions with them. It was surprisingly quiet in spite of the central location.

This studio was immaculate and all the cooking facilities, modern and clean. Also as a lift. Free parking a short walk away, This property is in a really good location

The only thing missing being British was a toaster and iron and ironing board, But the property lady got us a iron to use on request, Very attentive management and friendly .

We are experienced international travelers, with over 40 trips to Italy. This property is gorgeous, the apartment spacious and supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location: right in the heart of things, but still quiet and private. Excellent communication from the owner. And wonderful service and responsiveness from Aurelia, who was on hand to give us the keys, show us the apartment, and promptly answer our questions. She even did our laundry! A major reason for our selecting this apartment was that it has a terrace and a small balcony. The terrace is right off the kitchen and had a couch and chairs for lounging, a full dining table for meals, and a view of the lake. We spent a LOT of time out there.

Only thing we can suggest is a grab bar in the shower, and maybe some treads on the shower surface to reduce slipperiness.
