It was perfect: location, property, service, communication...just everything!
We are experienced international travelers, with over 40 trips to Italy. This property is gorgeous, the apartment spacious and supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location: right in the heart of things, but still quiet and private. Excellent communication from the owner. And wonderful service and responsiveness from Aurelia, who was on hand to give us the keys, show us the apartment, and promptly answer our questions. She even did our laundry! A major reason for our selecting this apartment was that it has a terrace and a small balcony. The terrace is right off the kitchen and had a couch and chairs for lounging, a full dining table for meals, and a view of the lake. We spent a LOT of time out there.
Only thing we can suggest is a grab bar in the shower, and maybe some treads on the shower surface to reduce slipperiness.

Very clean modern flat that has everything that you need. Great location and straightforward check in. Friendly landlady who genuinely cares about her guests. We were late and she organized everything for us to be sure to be checked in . We will come back and stay longer šŸ˜Š

A cozy apartment perfect for a family
Loads of space, great location, helpful hostess and staff. Towels, hairdryer, everything in the kitchen,water in the fridge. It was so clean and cool. Comfortable pillows, plenty of space for clothing. They do your laundry for free and give you an iron if needed. Excellent location, right in the historical center. Lovely ice cream shop next door. Supermarket really close so could stock up on water and food easily.

Location: Right in the center of the city. The room is clean, well-kept. Access to the accommodation by electric car from the parking lot. Service: Pleasant, hassle-free. Clear arrival and check-in instructions. Nice refreshments in the form of a regional delicacy.

Perfect Stay with Exceptional Hospitality!
Our stay was outstanding! The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and had two charming balconiesā€”one with a partial lake/city view. The amenities were excellent: a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, TV, comfortable bedrooms, and even a shared ice machine (a lovely touch!). Carmenā€™s communication was flawlessā€”she provided clear directions for parking (free with the access card) and arranged golf cart transfers for us and our luggage. The staff, including Carmenā€™s coworker, were warm and helpful, even granting us a kind checkout extension. The location in Limoneā€™s center was perfect, and the entire process (parking, transport, check-in/out) was seamless. 10/10!
The apartmentā€™s price leans toward the higher end, though this is consistent with Limoneā€™s overall tourist-driven economy (even small items like soap or candy cost ā‚¬5-7). While understandable given the demand, budget-conscious travelers should plan accordingly. That said, the exceptional service and amenities justified the cost for us.
