Clean, spacious apartment with all the kitchenware that you need. Comfortable bed.

Local church bell rings every hour of the day, including night time. After a while you get used to it, but it was abit of a surprise the first night and morning. Upstairs neighbour did smoke and burnt out cigarettes and ash were found on our ground floor terrace. Not very nice.

Disappointing

Lago di Tenno is 15 mins away on foot.

There is way too much noise coming from the cars and bikes driving by making it impossible to sleep with open windows. The apartment is equipped to the lowest price point: despite being a relatively new construction, a window did not close properly, a lot of the kitchen utensils were unusable and furniture did not work properly. All in all the apartment is severely overpriced.

Exceptional

We couldn't imagine better place to stay. The place and views around are much better than it seems from the photos of the site. Swimming in the Tenno lake (15 minutes walk) after whole day climbing was the best we could ask for. There is also wonderful via ferrata going up the waterfall in Ballino nearby. Highly recommended!

L'appartamento era pulito ben attrezzato e in una posizione comoda per visitare la zona con supermercato vicino. Il letto comodo, la cucina funzionale e completa di tutto. La tranquillità della zona hanno reso la vacanza piacevole.

Ottimo, ma caldaia da rivalutare.

Posizione del residence: bar sottostante, ristorante/pizzeria e negozio alimentari adiacenti. Posto auto associato all'appartamento. Dimensione e disposizione dell'appartamento. Arredo: recente e funzionale. Stoviglie: set completo.

Funzionamento caldaia: non sono mai riuscito a fare una doccia completa, con acqua calda da inizio a fine. Dopo qualche minuto dall'apertura del miscelatore fuorusciva acqua fredda e bisognava attendere che ritornasse quella calda; una vera scocciatura. Qualche suggerimento: per l'arredo aggiungerei un appendiabito all'ingresso, portasciugamani e qualche appendino nei due bagni.

Appartamento moderno con tutto il necessario. Tutto molto nuovo funzionante e pulitissimo; letto comodissimo. Supermercato a pochi metri da casa, con 10 minuti di passeggiata si arriva allo splendido lago di Tenno

Tolle Lage. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.

Über die in der Ferienwohnung angegebenen Kontaktdaten (mehrere Telefonnummern, WhatsApp, E-Mailadresse) war der Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Auf die Nachricht über Booking.com hat er dann allerdings schnell reagiert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und Modern eingerichtet und der Ausblick war Traumhaft. Gerne wieder!

Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe eine laute Baustelle aber da kann ja niemand etwas dafür. Und die Wohnungen waren leider sehr Hellhörig.
