Lage ist schön, traumhafte Umgebung. Supermarkt und Bar/Restaurent direkt vor Ort. Jedoch an einer Landstraße, den Lärm bekommt man schon mit. Sehr gut, dass sehr gute Ventilatoren vorhanden sind. Gute Küchenausstattung. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach.
Balkonmöbel enttäuschend: Kein Tisch, billigste Plastikstühle die nicht zum verweilen einladen. Da hätten wir uns mehr gehofft. Ein Smart TV sollte im Jahr 2026 vorhanden sein, leider nur regulärer TV. Eine Spülmaschine wäre ebenfalls eine gute Ergänzung.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Für drei Erwachsene hatten wir sehr gut Platz Der Parkplatz für PKW ist sehr gut mit gutem Platzangebot
Die Straße war leider auch am Abend sehr stark befahren

Ottima posizione della struttura, vicina a vari servizi utili(es. supermercato adiacente) e con una bella passeggiata raggiungibile il bellissimo lago di Tenno. La struttura inoltre è molto bene tenuta e curata.

Large, well equipped apartments (nr 4 and 6). Walking distance to Lake Tenno, well equipped super market next door, short drive to Riva.
The local village church bell rang 24/7. Including at night. It was especially loud at 0630 each day - I believe it rang the day in. Due to the noise, it was impossible to have the doors and windows open at night, which then lead to a very hot sleeping situation (no a/c). The presence of the church bell makes a/c a must have requirement during the summer period. An a/c upgrade to the apartments is highly recommended.
