The hotel is like a small home with four rooms, actually the owners live on the upper floor of the building. The location of the farmhouse inside a small village as well as the design of the rooms is very beautiful.
Nothing. maybe the road towards the farmhouse is somehow narrow and there are street, but that is ok

This beautiful Guest House was located in a small and quiet village north of Lago di Garda. The view was amazing, we felt really at home especially because the lovely owners were so helpful and sympathic! Our room was beautifully restored, very modern and clean. The nights were so quiet and the breakfast the following day was very good, as well. There are parking lots in front of the house. The owners produce most of the offered food themselves and it is possible to buy some of these ecological products for a reasonable price. Our little daughter (4 years old) also admired the farm animals close by.
Thank you, M & M for this special New Year's Celebration!
It was just perfect!

The place is new and renovated, the view is great and Martina is a very nice person.
The breakfast was ok.
There is no Wi-Fi in the room, there was a Smart TV but it has no affect if the Wi-Fi doesn’t exist.
We ate dinner but it was quite weird, the food wasn’t so good and the service wasn’t very welcoming and not well organized in general.
In general it seems like the place isn’t yet completed and few important things were missing such as kettle.

The hotel is so unique! We loved our stay and wished we could have had more time there. The owners are very warm and caring of their guests and made us feel right at home. The area is wonderful and the facilities are lovely! Would go back any time!
Everything was perfect!

Recently and beautifully renovated house with only 4 rooms (agriturismo) with attention to every detail in a quiet location in the mountains right above the Garda lake ( 10 min by car). Owners very friendly and helpful in every aspect. Excellent dinner cooked by the owners mother using local and typical products. Sustainability and ecology are clearly a priority.
It is difficult to find something - maybe the quite hard spring mattresses are not comfy for everyone, nothing else.

Very nice home, refurbished on 2021 , in the style of a farm house, managed by a lovely family. They work all together to give you the authentic taste of the place. From the kitchen, where they cook the food from the farm to the room, where the cleanliness is spot on!
You can have a homemade breakfast, with cakes and seasonal fruits, and a dinner with seasonal plates. The warm welcome from Martina and Manuel is an addiction to the place!! Highly recommended 👌

Beautiful view, comfortable bed, very good food.
Hard to get to, and it was a little more remote than I expected. Not enough staff, so food service was slow for both breakfast and dinner.

Everything! our 3 day stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the personal feel, being immersed in local culture and staying at the guesthouse of the family-run olive farm - but with personal space maintained. The home-made dinners were delicious and we learnt about some new local dishes. All our needs were accommodated, comfortable brand new rooms with amazing views, great breakfast and plenty of helpful advice about the area. A real place to escape, but easy distance to Lago d'Garda. Parking at the front. Lack of WIFI was a blessing for our family with teens but might not suit everyone.
only staying there 3 days!

This is an amazing place in the middle of a beautiful setting. For some of us, it's something we would only see on tv. While I get some people may like to see museums and other historical attractions, we came here after spending time in Florence doing some of those touristy kinds of things. This place was a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of travel. The building is located on a hillside as part of 4 or 5 little villages all connected by either road or hiking trail. Each village has its own character and things to see and experience but all so remarkably interesting and the views of Lake Garda or the beginnings of the Dolomites are simply awesome. It's a 14/15th century building impeccably renovated in painstaking detail.
For me, this area offers the ability to do mountain biking, cycling, or hiking right from the building you stay. It's also easy to drive down to Lake Garda if you need to do some of that or to drive North further into the Dolomites and the beautiful valleys in between that have extremely cute little towns. There's even a small lake (Lake Tenno) that is a very cool color of blue/green that you can swim in.
Maybe even the best of all is your hosts Martina and Manuel. They couldn't be any nicer and are such good people. With their connections, family, and friends, they are trying to establish and grow an ecofriendly sustainable agricultural industry. While breakfast is great and provides most things you need to start the day off right, the evening meals stood out for me. They cost extra but are amazing. We loved to have conversations with the hosts while we ate some of the best food I've had, homemade. There were always multiple courses, with options for "digestives", and very low-cost wine. All the food you eat and the drink you have is grown locally.
Wi-Fi is not provided, but then again it helped us to disconnect from the busy world a little.

The house is modern and well built (recently renovated from ruins by the owner). The view from the room is incredible (it's located pretty high up on the mountain). The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
But the cherry on top - the family running the place are really great! and the agricultural dinners -- wow! everything is either grown by the family, or very locally, and incredibly delicious!
Crossing the small town up to the property (and back down) could be a bit challenging (steep drive on very narrow streets). Better arrive during the day for the first time.

The service was exceptionally thoughtful and welcoming, the place is unique, cosy and also picturesque.
Food is not necessarily plentiful as per local culture, but it is puerili local, fresh and varied

The hosts are very nice and friendly. The location is in a quite location in the middle of nature. The view from the window is very relaxing and pleasant. Also their local products for both breakfast and dinner were delicious!
The only suggestion is about the toilet’s window. They should put some curtains, or someone from outside could see you while you’re taking a shower.
