Sehr schöner Ausblick über den Gardasee. Fahrräder konnten im Keller abgestellt und geladen werden. Sehr große geräumige, ruhig gelegene Wohnung, welche sehr sauber ist. Liebevolle Begrüßung. Tipps für Unternehmungen von der Vermieterin!
Einfache Ausstattung. Kochen mit Gas für uns ungewohnt.

A Perfect Gem – Accommodation with Breathtaking Views!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough. Everything was perfect from start to finish!
The Room: Comfort & Style
The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, modern, and very tastefully decorated. It’s clear that great care is taken to ensure guests feel comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, providing us with a perfect night's sleep every single night.
The Highlight: Spectacular Panorama
The absolute best part of the stay was the stunning view from the property. Being able to look out and see both:
Lake Garda: The sparkling blue water is right there in front of you.
The Mountains: The majestic peaks surrounding Riva del Garda create a dramatic and beautiful backdrop.
Waking up to this panorama every morning was a dream come true.
Hospitality & Atmosphere
The service was top-notch. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts are incredibly attentive and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Stefania, die Gastgeberin hat uns bereits im Vorhinein kontaktiert um den sehr unkomplizierten Check-in zu besprechen und konnte uns auch einigen Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Sie war während unseres Aufenthaltes dauerhaft zu erreichen und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Apartment kommt ein Ausblick auf den Gardasee, mit dem Auto braucht man zwischen 5-10 Minuten bis zum See und den nächsten Supermärkten. Es gibt einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage und die Ausstattung in der Küche bzgl. den Utensilien ist sehr gut. Es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine und zwei Ventilatoren. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer könnte ein bisschen stärker sein und es fehlen ein paar Gewürze im Schrank, aber das sind eher Luxusbeanstandungen als wirkliche Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im La Busa Apartment 1. Uns fehlte an nichts - in der Unterkunft ist alles was man braucht und es war alles sehr sauber. Wenn man mit dem Bus reist, erreicht man diesen in wenigen Gehminuten um nach Riva del Garda (10 Fahrtminuten) für 2€ pro Person zu gelangen. Wir danken Stefania für‘s hosting!
