The apartment has one double bed and 3 single beds in the second bedroom, which is perfect for a family. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. We admired the location which is outside of the city and very quiet. The apartment was very clean and pretty big. We really enjoyed our stay.

It wasn't a problem for us, but note that it's located on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

The host was super nice! They allowed us to leave our cars in their parking space and use the shower when we got back from our mtb ride on the last day of our stay, even though checkout was at 10 am. The apartment had everything you could possible need and more (table football in the lobby!! ). It is located in a super quite location, but close to Riva and Arco. It is an ideal starting point for mountain bike rides. I would highly recommend the place! The only thing to note is that the last 200 m to the house is quite narrow, but it was no problem for our camper van, you just have to be a bit more careful.

Great location between vineyrds with a view of the mountains. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. There was a bowl of fruit and bottles of wine and water as a gift from the owner in the fridge.

Welcoming host, bottle if wine in the fridge! Proper bath towels. All in all a very stylish & well appointed apartment. Excellent restaurant 10 minutes walk away, best to book before pitching up - la Berlera.

Just a little too far to walk into town (45 minutes). It's ok if you walk in but walking back (uphill) is not so inviting in 33C heat after a meal & drinks because no taxi's are available. It's +/- 10 minutes by taxi from the lakefront to the apartment. Bedrooms could do with A/C , the double is not too bad, but the smaller triple room would be a bit grim for 3 adults & opening the window exposes you to the most brutal mosquitoes we've ever encountered! Would I stay here again - yes.

Very good

Terrific hosts, and lovely views of the mountains surrounding Riva del Garda. Really liked the lay out of bedrooms and beds... the room providing three single beds gave each of our young adults a place to sleep without sharing a bed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all of the dishes, pots and pans and simple items needed to cook an easy meal. Hosts provided a bottle of wine, and a lovely fruit basket for us upon arrival which was a wonderful treat. The balcony was a fun spot to hang out as the sun went down over the mountains.

During our stay, we unfortunately had difficulty with the air conditioning unit. It was blowing, but not providing cold air, which made our stay a little warmer than we would have liked as it was quite hot. The hosts worked on it, and were very kind, but we still couldn't quite get comfortable in the heat wave at the time. The parking is nice, but the lake it not quite walkable, so prepare to drive to town and park in the parking decks available.

As a family of cycling fans we really enjoyed early morning rides down the bike lane (over Via Fornasetta) to the shore for a cappuccino and croissant. On the way back there is ~50m meters of altitude to collect but our kids (9 and 11) did not complain :)

In the middle of the valley

Almost everything for a good vacation was there. Air condition was necessary and it worked. Rooms were big and functional.

Znakomity apartament!

Podobało mi się to jak apartamenty były wyposażone. Zarówno w kuchni jak i w łazience. Przestronny salon, kuchnia i fajne dodatkowe miejsce na przechowywanie rzeczy (garderoba). Czystość na wysokim poziomie! Ogromnie polecam! Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Sehr sauber, super Lage, sehr nette Vermieter. Alles für ein Sporturlaub anwesend. Radkeller, Wasserschlauch, Waschmaschine.
