Residenza alle Grazie

L'appartamento era pulito, nuovo e spazioso. I gestori molto disponibili e gentili, ci hanno fatto trovare del vino e della frutta in omaggio al nostro arrivo. Biciclette in dotazione che ci hanno lasciato per tutto il soggiorno e ci sono state molto utili.

L'aria condizionata era attiva solamente nel corridoio e un condizionatore/deumidificatore in camera dovrebbe essere presente, secondo me. Le zanzariere alle finestre sarebbero da mettere perché se si lascia aperto l'alloggio si riempie di zanzare (...e non è bello)! Da mettere anche tende oscuranti alle finestre (ne era presente solamente una in camera ma non oscurava granché).

The apartment is beautiful, fully furnished, and decorated in a charming Italian style. It overlooks olive and grape orchards, giving it a pleasant countryside atmosphere. The young man who welcomed us and handed over the apartment was extremely polite and welcoming. He even gave us a basket of fruit as a welcome gift. The apartment has two air-conditioning units, which were very helpful in dealing with the warm weather and made our nights comfortable. We also used the kitchen to prepare our meals. Overall, our three-night stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is also conveniently located close to Lake Garda, the town of Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda, shops, and other attractions.

Nothing I disliked. Everything was excellent and fully met my expectations.

The location outside of the Riva del Garda crowded areas made going out and in easier and fast. 12 min to the old center. 7 min to a supermarket. Tano is around 17min. The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 3 children. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and sitting together. Lovely view from the Balcony. Downstairs 2 washing machines was great. The owner son welcomed us and you can see how much this family cares about there guests and the facilities of there apartments. We had a nice surprise when we arrived - A fresh fruit basket that was waiting us. Thanks. Highly recommended!

Dont expect a for a smart TV. you wont need one anyway. Nothing really but I would definitely cheers for a coffee machine instead of filter coffee or anything else that I need to buy in advance in order to enjoy good coffee in the morning before we go out.

דירה מושקעת מודרנית ומאובזרת. במיקום פסטורלי רחוק מההמולה ובכל זאת עשר דקות מטיילת אגם גארדה ורבע שעה מאגם טינו המהמם. דקות נסיעה מסופרמרקטים גדולים. במקום מכונת כביסה לשימוש חופשי (ללא מייבש כביסה, צריך לקחת בחשבון). הכל היה בטוב טעם ונוחות רבה.
