Stunning view, modern interior, very friendly host

Modern and nice equipped. Stunning view from the northern part of Lake Garda over Riva and Arco up to the Sarca valley. Delia the host is super friendly and always ready to help. Big shower and comfortable beds. Everything's working very good. Solid modern windows ensure silence if closed.

The appartment is located on the street from Riva direction Val di Ledro, therefore the street is directly on the front and on the backside, which might be a bit noisy if you keep the windows open at night. Also the family has a super nice guard dog. He does his job very well and sometimes there was a longer barking concert. Not his fault, but noisy, too. However, if you are aware of this it's a very nice place to stay!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent views!

Really nice, spacious, and beautifully renovated/decorated apartment with two bedrooms and a couch in the living room. Beautiful and large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony with a stunning view of the mountainous area and a look to the Garda lake. There's a parking space next to the property. We arrived very late due to a traffic jam, and were greeted with pasta and ragu - excellent and welcoming service that saved our otherwise rather stressful night :-) Overall, it was a great experience staying here, even if we only stayed for one night. I could easily imagine spending more time here to explore the beautiful surroundings in Riva, the lake, and the mountains.

The property was a bit hard to find (we arrived late at night), but mainly due to our in-car GPS being off by a few meters, which meant that it sent us up the wrong (very narrow!) street. We found the place eventually, but be mindful of getting the GPS address right. There is a bit of traffic in the street of the property (and people often go fast in Italy, so be aware when walking to the parking lot).

Great apartment, very well furnished and with excellent facilities (modern bathroom and kitchen, spacious cupboards, proper fixtures were isolating us perfectly from the road outside, nice little balcony). Smooth check-in! Thanks to Dennis and Riccardo for such an excellent stay.

We got it on a special booking.com discount, full price high but I guess justifiable especially in high season due to the quality of the apartment. Take any supplies you may need with you, soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.. that’s ok just something to keep in mind. ideally there would be a few small samples in case one forgets.

Das Appartment hat seine Ecken und Kanten aber am Ende war alles da was wor brauchten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch super Tipps gegeben ,was wir hier unternehmen können. Der Ausblick ist soo schön auf Berge und den See.

Leider fehlte die Duschbrause. Ansonsten war alles ok

Vistas espectaculares y buena ubicación.

El pasillo de entrada, con trastos, desordenado y sucio. Muy mala imagen nada más llegar. Los taburetes de la cocina no son cómodos. El sofá necesita una limpieza en profundidad.

L'emplacement est parfait, proche de tout. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y a beaucoup de draps de bain, de linge de lit etc il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien. L'accueil par la dame est super et aussi par écrit, elle est très disponible et donne de bonnes adresses.

La propreté a l'extérieur et notamment le couloir pour arriver au logement n'est pas top. Mais bon, une fois a l'intérieur, on y pense plus.

L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato con gusto e si trova in ottimo stato. La signora che gestisce la struttura è stata molto disponibile e cordiale. Era tutto pulito ed in ordine al nostro arrivo. La struttura si trova su una strada trafficata ma è stata insonorizzata in modo eccellente. Inoltre è dotata di un parcheggio riservato, cosa non da poco.

V druhé ložnici nebyla klimatizace ani síťka na okně takže vyvětrat byl problém. Čisto bylo pouze povrchově.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt.

Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen. Das Bad war sehr geräumig und modern. Die Küche mit Wohnbereich war schön eingerichtet und bot einen tollen Blick.

Der Bereich vor der Wohnung wirkte wenig einladend. Die Straße unter dem Balkon ist sehr verkehrsreich. Der tolle Blick bedeutet, dass der Ort und das Seeufer recht weit entfernt sind.
