Great and comfortable location, beautiful 360 degree views, easy walking access to all attractions.

The location was on a lively street with many restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance of the lake shore and main town attractions, including a museum with very interesting historical and archeological exhibits (MAG Museo Alto Garda). The property has an open rooftop that provides great views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Our corner room had three balconies, on one of which we enjoyed breakfast and coffee each morning. The accommodations felt new and modern with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom (though the shower enclosure was a few inches smaller than we would have liked). The kitchen/living/dining area was fully functional and clean with everything we needed. We appreciated being able to drive our car right into the enclosed garage beneath the building. Two TVs, including one in the bedroom, and great AC system. The host was very kind and helpful.

We used the building clothes washer, but were disappointed there was no dryer as had been indicated on the website. We had to drive to a nearby laundromat to dry the clothes -- a little inconvenient but offset by the enjoyable coffee and breakfast we enjoyed in a local cafe full of locals with not tourists!

Spotlessly clean, great location and the staff were fantastic. Alessia kept great communication throughout and was especially helpful. Lovely people and a beautiful place. Our family loved it.

A perfect location to visit Riva del Garda

A perfect location to explore Riva del Garda, lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. The apartment is not big, but comfortable and has all you need, the airco works very well. Very friendly ladies at the reception.

Great and safe place to enjoy your stay in Riva ☺️

The apartments were new and clean. The location was great right on the main street with easy access to the beach. The receptionists Alessia and Katherine were very kind and professional facilitating our stay by providing us with valueable information about the city. In addition, they gifted us with Garda Tourist Card offering discounts and free bus rides.

The beds were not very comfortable. I did not like the concept of daily room cleaning being against additional charges. Plus, I did not like idea of taking out the garbage by yourself.

Great place to stay in Riva del Garda

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the apartment and I must say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of comfort and luxury that the apartment provided. Firstly, the apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the decor was tastefully done, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of fresh towels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the living area was spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light. I particularly enjoyed having access to a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The location of the apartment was also fantastic, with easy access to shops, and restaurants. I appreciated the fact that the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, allowing me to unwind and relax after a day of exploring Riva del Garda. Furthermore, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Great location close to everything

Great location, walking distance to everything. Clean and quiet and very friendly staff. Rooftop terrace was great for having dinner and very few people were using it. Apartments are well equipped for cooking your own meals. Bike room was easy to access and secure and underground parking was great.

Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night making us too tired to do anything the next day.

Perfect location, near shops and restaurants. Lake is only a few minutes by walk, and the old part of Riva is 5 minutes away. It's a good starting point for hiking. Apartments are modern and very clean. Every apartment have parking spot in garage. And Roberta and her assistant are super nice, helpful and they are very good hosts. We'll definitely come back.

Very nice and comfortable places, modern and new. Equipment was good quality. A big plus for underground parking. Apartment located 200 m from the beach. 150 m from market COOP. A beautiful observation deck on the roof. Very nice and helpful staff

Sehr schönes Zimmer und super Strandnah.

Die Sauberkeit und Größe hat uns sehr gefallen und der kurze Weg zum Strand. Die gut isolierten Fenster. Klima überall. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp.

Leider war keine Grundausstattung in der Küche(z.b. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl) Die eins, zwei Nächte mit lauteren Nachbarn über uns. ( nach 22 Uhr) Die laute Straße vor der Tür. Kein Geschirrspüler.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage, fast direkt am See und am Spazierweg nach Riva – ideal für kurze Ausflüge. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für einen kurzen Plausch zu haben. In der Küche war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben, und Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im abgesperrten Bereich unterstellen.
