very good standard in superb location in reasonable price!

location is top mark: in the centre of Riva DG. 5 minutes walk from the swimming spot at the lake, shopping centre and ice creams. Also, private car park in the centre its a big bonus. Apartments very clean, spacious and with good 2 bathrooms. good communication with host and flexibility with check in and check out.

The quality is great for the price and it’s perfect for a big family. We will definitly come back here :)

A spacious and very clean apartment with a fabulous location. Probably has the best view of lake Garda only a couple hundred metres away. Shopping centre, local ice cream places and restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is an ideal choice for a big family. It has two bathrooms, two big balconies, two kitchens, a washing machine, a big master bedroom and a great children’s bedroom. All the basic necessities you could think of were provided. The apartment complex had a good and big enough lift and a free and secure private parking space.

We arrived there at the start of April with a toddler and the floors were very cold. Be prepared to pay 5€ per day for heating.

This is how I imagine the owner of the apartment :-) We would definitely like to return to Riva del Garda and to this apartment

An excellence place to stay

The flat's in a good location, walking distance to Riva. I was even able to park and charge my E-bike in the lockable cellar. The owner was very kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great location, big rooms, lovely host.

The location is fantastic, near the lake, but not inside the city. I loved that we could park our car in the parking available from our host. Finally, the rooms were spacy, which is grea , also. The room was great value for the money we spent. The host was very helpful and discrete.

It would be better if air conditioning was available. Some days it was very hot and humid.

Lage war sehr schön, mit kleinen Handgriffen, könnte man das Wohnambiente etwas aufwerten.

War soweit in Ordnung. Es war sauber und Paolo war immer ansprechbar und hat schnell Abhilfe bei Problemen geschaffen. Zentrum war Fußläufig gut zu erreichen auch nicht weit vom Strand entfernt.

Teile der Einrichtung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den zweiten Blick, kann man einige Schönheitsfehler erkennen.
