Exceptional

The location is perfect, quiet, green but close to the city and lake. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We have never recieved a welcoming like this with freshly home baked cakes and wine. We enjoyed eating our meals in the garden.

I was missing dishwasher but that is my problem.

Felt home!

it is a fabulous place to stay with very warm-welcoming and reliable hosts. very clean and comfortable with very cozy olive tree garden. the beach is appr 1km away, there is a scenic road to walk (via Longa), or you can easily rent a bike. there is a wonderful playground for children nearby.

Really great place

Big comfortable rooms, everything is clean and nice, pretty well equipped kitchen, beautiful garden, quiet neighbourhood, the hosts are really kind. There was a table tennis (ping pong) table, I was with children, they loved it!

A pleasant accommodation in Riva del Garda

The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and furnished enough for 5 people. Parking next to the apartment in the shade behind a lockable gate. Good location of the accommodation - within few minutes on the beach. I highly appreciate the offer of basic refreshments on arrival (coffee, croissants, prosecco, ...). The apartment has two outdoor terraces for reading books or eating.

We arrived an hour before an arranged time and couldn't find accommodation because it was behind a locked gate. Moreover, the owner did not answer the phone. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient, but already a bit worn. For example, the sofa bed for sleeping was quite uncomfortable. The quality of the WIFI signal was absolutely tragic (why you don't have a bridge?). The terrace is great, but watch out for mosquitoes (a general remark not related to the accommodation). On the first day of the stay the negatives prevailed, only later did I see more the positives of the accommodation. Anyway, 9/10 is the absolute maximum.

Great holidyas

Very stayed in a huge apartment for two of us with garden and private parking on the property. There are three apartments in the house in a quiet neighborhood. By bike everything - beach, shopping mall, restaurants, town center - is few minutes away. We kept our bikes in the garden. Michele offered us to park them in the locked garage but we felt it was safe to leave them in the garden.

Fantastyczne miejsce na rowerową bazę wypadową i noclegową

Ho avuto il piacere di rilassarmi qui nella seconda metà di giugno con mia moglie e mia figlia. Un posto fantastico: tranquillo, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Riva del Garda. Camere spaziose; cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Meraviglioso giardino con sedie a sdraio, tavolo da picnic - è possibile fare un barbecue. Ottimo posto per gite in bicicletta sui percorsi circostanti. Parcheggio privato, recintato. Proprietari super gentili che non si sono dimenticati di noi, coccolandoci con frutta e vino, il che è stato davvero molto, molto piacevole. Ottimo posto per venire con il proprio animale domestico: l'area è strettamente recintata. Lo consiglio con tutto il cuore e ringrazio i proprietari per il bel tempo trascorso!

We hebben hier een hele leuke tijd gehad. Het appartement is zeer ruim en goed uitgerust.(Keuken, koelkast, vriezer, wasmachine, tv, alles wat je nodig hebt). Eigen overdekt terras met tafel, stoelen en ligstoelen. (Zo kun je ook als het regent buiten zitten). een groot stuk grastuin waar u heerlijk kunt zonnen. Vanaf het terras is er een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Eigen parkeerplaats bij het appartement. Dichtbij het centrum van Riva del Garda, een paar minuten lopen. Een paar minuten met de auto naar de skilift naar Monte Baldo. Wij waren er voor de tweede keer op rij en het is ons zeer goed bevallen. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en gastvrij. Zeer rustige en stille plek. Perfect voor ontspanning.

Aardige host en mooi verblijf.

De accommodatie was erg mooi en de bedden waren erg goed. Tuin is ongelofelijk goed en mooi. Parkeer gelegenheid binnen eigen privé gelegenheid De hotel host was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Michele deed zijn best

Geen airco, dit is echt nodig in de regio en zomer. Vloeren waren erg vuil en alle servies zelf schoon moeten maken. Veel muggen de citronella werkte zelfs niet eens.

Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder mal zu kommen.

Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter mit entzückenden Überraschungen! Artikel für ein erstes Frühstück, dreierlei Kaffeearten und -zubereitungsmöglichkeiten, einem eingekühltem Sekt. Während der Woche gab es leckere selbst zubereitete Torte mit frischen Beeren und sogar noch mal Wein. Es war alles sehr sauber und geräumig. Geräuschlose Betten, wie schön! Tolle, stabile Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und der Außentüre! Der Gartenanteil sehr schön groß.

Die Matratzenbreite ist für große Menschen eher knapp. Ebenso die Duschkabine und das Bidet. Handtuchhalter/Stangen am Waschbecken wären praktisch. Der Verkehr der Via Brione ist tagsüber v. A. im Garten deutlich zu hören, leider hat dort auch ein Kanaldeckel geklappert, fast bei jedem Auto.

Comodissimi appartamenti

Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno in questi appartamenti. Era presente tutto il necessario per una vacanza, le camere erano molto comode e la struttura offriva anche un giardino con porticato che durante la bella stagione è eccezionale!! La struttura è composta da pochi appartamenti e si trova appena fuori riva del Garda, comodamente raggiungibile in circa 30 Min a piedi o 5 Min di macchina. Gli host sono stati veramente disponibili all'accoglienza e fornirci indicazioni per il soggiorno. Super consigliato!!
