Exceptional

Nice Kitchen, nice bathroom, nice bedroom, nice balcony, nice garden, perfect parking. All on great locality, quiet and peacefull place.

Thin walls - You can hear all noices of another customers, every word, every wc splashe, etc. We were lucky that our neighbors with very loudly children leaved second day of our holidays. But all other very nice.

Brand new apartment,very well equipped, close to the water front , restaurants and supermarkets. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

We were off season,so the town was a bit lifeless. But that isn't the properties issue.

Nice and quite place but in good location close to beach, shops and village center. Kitchen equipment is adequate, bathroom and shower were nice.

Only downside is that washing machine is extra, otherwise no other issue.

Great place to stay in Ledro

This is a good place to stay in Ledro and it's a 5-minute walk from the lake. You are surrounded by nature and its beautiful sounds. The place is very modern inside allowing you to have everything you need to cook, shower, and sleep. They were also very nice to us bringing our dog. The place has a nice garden for you to lay and rest.

A little confused as no tablets for dishwasher, no spare garbage bags. Additional costs for towels and bed linen. So just this small things not allowed to put excellent.

The owner gave us detailed info not only about the apartment but also about the town and lake. We got Trentino booklets for hikers and bikers (very much used and appreciated), he also offered arranging Trentino Guest Card for free bus transport and addmission to museums and such.. very convenient. The apartment had all we needed: quality mattresses, nice modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen.

The stairs in the apartment are a bit narrow and steep.

Nice appartment for out of season,in the season does not worth the price due to so many small points

Close to the lake, local supermarket, ice cream and some restaurants. Really nice and friendly staff. Map of the sorroundings received with description and tips what is worthy to visit. Two rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel as complimentory on the appartment. Clean, bed sheets prepared. Ideal for big groups.

Value for quality. For about EUR1000 per week you expect a good bed, not a splitted mattresses. No A/C. Two rolls of toilet paper per appartment for a week. No tablets for dishwasher. Windows and balcony heading to some truck stand starting to work after 7 AM so if you want to sleep longer with open windows, no possibilities. No differentiation for extra fee for a dog (we have a small cleany one), usually at least you have a bowl for the dog on the appartment, not here. No small italian complimentary welcome staff as a bottle of wine or water. If you want the hot shower in the morning you have to wait about 10 minutes until the water has an sufficient temperature. In the middle of our stay the toilet started to strike with flushing, sometimes it worked, sometimes not and we did not want to change the rooms or wait for a service guy during our vacation. Even if the Trentino card is included in price you will not receive it automatically. For keys you have to visit the office few kilometers far away, not vice versa that they wait you on the place. Also a lot depends on your neighbors, because you have it really close to everybody there. And there are about 12 appartments (40-50 people I expect), so it is hard to know if someone would like to grill in the evening, no possibility to book the grill.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut.

Die Beleuchtung ist zu hell. Es fehlt gemütliches Licht. Die Kaffeemaschine in unserem Apartment ist sehr langsam gewesen. Der Toaster war defekt.
