Clean holiday apartment close to the lake

Comfortable, clean and functional holiday property, very close to the lake.

It would have been lovely to have a sitting room, rather than just a sofa in the kitchen. But within the constraints of the size of the apartment it was lovely.

Prijeten apartma na super lokaciji

The apartment is very nice and clean. The heating works well, you won't be cold. Very convenient parking, nice yard, nice balcony, great location.

The internet in the rooms works very poorly. Poorly equipped kitchen - few utensils, only one cutting knife, missing pots for heating milk.

perfect for families

Perfect location - it takes one minute to get to the beach. There are two houses and several apartments. We stayed in the second house (further from the road) and it was very quiet and even the little road heading to Pur is very quiet. The apartment was very spacious and it has absolutely everything you need (toaster, coffee machine, touletries, etc.). We even managed to store a big baby stroller and two bikes inside. It has a lovely garden where kids can safely play in the kids house or swing. Remi was also super nice. He was very helpful, showed us everything and even gave us late check-out. Thank you and we 100% recommend this Casa Lucia especially for families with kids.

The only downward was that there was a noise coming from the apartment above us ( we has a ground floor). If you stay on thw first floor, you will not hear anything.

Hezké ubytování u jezera Ledro

V tomto ubytování jsme byli už potřetí a byli jsme spokojeni. Apartmán je čistý, kuchyně je vybavená vším co potřebujete. Ubytování je kousek od obchodu a jezera, kde jsou krásné ranní procházky. Parkování je přímo u domu a zdarma.Apartman je vybaven topením, takže i na podzim je v něm krásně teplo.

Ledro mylujeme, jezdíme pravidelně každý rok a každý rok jsme moc spokojeni.

Vstřícnost hostitelů. Předání klíčů od apartmánu proběhlo v naprostém pořádku. Super, že jsme nemuseli zajíždět do kanceláře a mladý pán na nás s úsměvem čekal před domem :D Za to moc díky.

Posizione e struttura perfette!

Appartamento comodo, pulito e dotato del necessario per un breve soggiorno. Ottima la possibilità di avere uno spazio all'aperto. Posizione fantastica.

L'obbligo di silenzio dalle 22 è un po' limitante.

Skvely pomer cena x vykon

Ubytovani je starsi ale vesmes pohodlne a ma vse, co za tuto cenu muzete ocekavat. Lokalita je skvela, hned u jezera, hned u dobreho supermarketu, pohodlny parking. Nicmene centralni poloha ma i sve nevyhody ( o tom nize). Komunikace byla skvela, personal ochotny a promptni. Devizou je i velka zahrada s grilem, na fotbal, na badminton ci jen tak na relax.

Bohuzel poloha u supermarketu znamena, ze kazde rano cca v 6.00 slysite zasobovani marketu a vykladani zbozi z dodavek. Muzete zavrit okno a spat dal, pokud to umite, ale treba pro me to byl docela problem, tak je dobre o tom vedet. Jinak i pres polohu u kempu a hospod cca od 23.00 prakticky uplny klid, a to i v hlavni sezone, coz ocenuji. Stalo by za to vymenit matrace, ty maji nejlepsi dny za sebou, ale toto je obecne problem prakticky vsude v italii( a nejenom tam).

Casa Lucia, Entspannung mit dem Hund

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals die Hundefreundlichkeit, alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation bei Anreise sowie jegliche Beschreibungen waren vorbildhaft. Man kann alle wichtigen Einkaufsquellen, Restaurants und Gassi/Erlebnisspots ohne Auto erreichen.

Die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein, vieleicht mit einem Topper o.ä., aber gehen noch in Ordnung. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig, was der Bausweise geschuldet sein wird.

Soggiorno molto piacevole

Struttura in posizione strategica per iniziare qualsiasi percorso del lago. Vicinissima a servizi, bar e ristoranti. Appartamento accogliente, ce tutto quello che serve per passare una vacanza in relax. Con bellissimo giardino annesso, tavoli e barbecue a disposizione. Sicuramente ci torneremo.
