"Great staff, wonderful location. Peaceful, next to a gently flowing river, away from “the madding crowd”yet close to Avallon."

Hotel has good parking. Good check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a very quaint place, a bit of a step back in time. Breakfast was excellent.
Not easy to find. The food in the restaurant was mediocre. It appeared to be warmed up food and not very hot.

Location in Black5Forest and views were magnificent. Excellent food in beautiful outside setting by mountain stream. Free secure parking. We had an excellent room on 1st floor with balcony.
