Hôtel Le Marius

Nice, large rooms. Personnel was very friendly, everything was very well organized. Beautiful location in the middle of this small old village. Also the restaurant/bistro was simple, but very tasty and of course a good wine list.

Beautiful building, stunning period features inside the building Great location - the town is gorgeous Lovely, helpful staff. And excellent, informative communications before arriving Family room worked perfectly Clean and comfortable Breakfast was in a lovely room lighted by the morning sun

It’s quite sparse but I think that’s just a personal thing No oat milk available for a lactose allergic child Having to pay €10 extra to park off the road when it was available

Lots of confusion at my arrival (at the previously agreed time): I hadn't received the access code to the hotel nor the code for the locker box in advance. The hotel itself was locked and the bar was closed. Not a person from the staff in sight. The owner wasn't reachable via mobile phone and DM at first. About an hour after my first enquiry I eventually received the codes. Another guest I met had received his door code but not his key locker code. It all strangely felt like an 'escape room' adventure. While the issues were eventually resolved, I've experienced better organisation and communication with other hosts elsewhere. N.B. there was damp in the shower.
